Grandfather worked here for 30+ years and died from mesothelioma due to asbestos exposure after the company knew about the effects of the fibers and didn’t implement any thing resembling an initiative to remove it until after the fact. Now of course it is just a non stop manufacturing site that works its people in to the ground with no hope of a pension anymore. My only hope is that it eventually goes bankrupt which seems to be the path it’s heading in to.

Fast unloading in about 1 hour. Easy to find and back in to warehouse 2.

Very strict rules. No pets or passengers allowed. Extremely tight place for a sleeper truck if delivering to warehouse 1.

Dis-Accommodating that's the word that I feel best describes this facility. It I old. It is cramped if you are driving a STAA CMV. Every opportunity they had to Accommodate truck traffic, they did the opposite. Where trucks were having trouble maneuvering on the pavement, they placed barricades and stone obstacles to help drivers stay on the pavement. The best solutions would have been to widen curves and roads. This place is not truck friendly. Avoid this place with Cndo tractors and 53 ft trailers. Your career is at stake. Don't go where you risk your job just trying o do your job.

FYI drivers: no matter where in this site you have to deliver, no riders, pets, etc are allowed on the premises. My broker didn't pass that along when I booked the load. Your broker/dispatcher may not either so you've been warned!

Great place. The smell that another reviewer mentioned is probably coming from the sewage treatment plant near DuPont.

Destroying the planet and everyone human to animals health. Don’t buy anything that has Teflon on it. If it’s water resistant ask what they use if it’s not all natural walk away!! Loads of documentaries and content on YouTube about how hazardous this company and its products are
