Even though I had ordered several pizzas from the Belvedere Domino's when I ordered one Wednesday I was told it would be here in 20 minutes. After an hour I called to find out where the pizza was and some clown named Josh informed me thatA. I was somehow, magically out of the delivery areaB. Even though my debit card info, my address, and my phone number were in the system, I wasn't in their delivery areaC. Even if I was in the delivery area I wasn't getting a pizza after waiting over an hourD. Corporate office was rude, claiming it was my fault for ordering from the wrong storeYou clowns didn't have the courtesy of calling me and left me hanging for over an hour.Screw you Clown Josh and your stupid Domino's location

The team who works here is awesome! I frequently need to order large amounts of pizzas, and need them same day - these guys knock it out of the park! Right on time, every time, fresh, accurate, and they help me load them up. You cannot ask for better. Thanks for all that yall do!

Went in to pick up an online order that wasn't quite ready (gave them my name) so I stood back and browsed my phone for a bit. Until a delivery driver walked in, asked for my name, and then brought me my pizza. Because they'd finished it while I was standing there but had said nothing. Just stacked it somewhere and ignored me. I was the only customer in the store and had already spoken to them so they knew who I was and what I was waiting for. Never ordering from here again. Also they didn't put any of the garlic on my crust which is the only reason to get domino's

Poor management. My order tracking was not updated when the delivery biker left the store so I had no way of knowing when my pizza would arrive. Upon calling and asking this location the manager Samantha told me it was only her and the delivery biker there that day and he didn't have a phone or a way to be contacted once he left the store, she was not able to offer any explanation as to why they have a delivery person scheduled who does not have a phone or why he was not provided with one for company use upon finding out he did not have his own. Samantha told us if we were not at the door when the biker arrived he would just return to the store with my order. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHEN HE ARRIVED IF HE IS UNREACHABLE BY PHONE AND IS UNABLE TO CONTACT VIA PHONE??? At this point I was frustrated because the manger seemed fine with their system and was giving no concession that they were at fault. At this point I was ready to order from a different location completely. The biker ended up returning to the store with my order when I was not out front when he arrived... again how would I know when he arrived. I then drove to the location to pickup my order which they gave me for free saying they had remade it. But they gave me the wrong order! Samantha was also very unprofessional when I arrived telling me the biker had his feelings hurt by my frustration and felt embarrassed that he didn't have a phone, this information is irrelevant to me and goes back again to management needing to hire competent workers who have the resources to do the job, or provide them said resources. Overall was very frustrating and took way too much time and energy from my day just to get the wrong order.

This particular Dominoes makes the BEST pizzas, and they are always quick, courteous, the pizza is still hot and cooked to perfection every.single.time. My favorite dominoes, hands down!

I selected my preferred location through the app and re-ordered our favorite combo, but it automatically changed the pick up location to where I used to order from (not my new preferred location). I had no idea until I went to pick it up. Once we figured out what happened, the guy at the Forest Hill location offered to remake my pizza right away, rather than driving across town, and said I could just cancel at the Cary Street location. The employee on the phone at the Cary St location (Kevin) was very cool about the change and cancelled my order without any problem. So, although the app messed up a bit, the employees were really kind and totally made up for it.

My order was given away before I arrived to the store. I was met with no greeting and when I finally was addressed, it was to only discover my food had been given away. Staff scrambled then eventually told me they could remake my order, as if it were optional. I was then told they were understaffed, while 3-5 employees occupied the kitchen. Overall, awful experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

These guys have fallen off the deep end over the past couple months. Pan pizzas and Brooklyn pizzas were my go-to but they are consistently screwing up orders. Wouldnt bother

By Far The best Dominos I have ordered from since I have moved from Nova to Richmond! The staff is amazing!! I have a paint a twist every other Sunday night , and Chris The New General manager and his awesome team of management always makes sure our food is fresh! And have been working hard !Thank you guys!! And thanks Chris for serving the community with The best!!My fav Dominos.~ Lesley Hansley

I love dominos but this is the worst store I’ve ever ordered from. After an hour of not getting my pizza I was told on the phone “I’ll get it in 10 minutes”, an hour later I’m still waiting. I’ve been on hold with the store for over 20 minutes now and they won’t answer, I just want my money back. This is not the first time I’ve had issue with this location but it’s the last time I’m ever ordering from any Domino’s location.

I had made an assumption after I talked to the first worker that he was extremely fried (I was okay with it tho because I was too) but I sat down and waited for my takeout order to be finished. 5 minutes go by and then a 2nd worker asks me again what my name was and what I ordered. There was a mix up because it seems they tried to cancel my order but someone already started making it, so it had to be rung up again. The 2nd worker had made some mistakes putting the order into the system, so it was way more than it should have been. I told them about their mistake and it seemed to upset them. They had an attitude for the rest of our interaction, and I just wondered why they were so upset when I just didn’t want to pay more than I intended to. I disregarded the way they were treating me and paid, grabbed my pizza and said thank you.Now me being fried as well I just put it behind me and went home without really letting it get to me. Then I open up my food and it’s all made horribly. Everything had already been finished before the 2nd person started dealing with me so it was a retaliation for me asking about the mess up. But it just proved to me that they were all indeed high as kites. The lava cakes were the icing on top to make me leave this review.To the 2nd dude, I hope you figure out your situation man. Can’t imagine being that upset when you’re that fried.

This is second time I ordered where there was a problem. Placed order at 1035 and when no progress shown on meter on app at 11, I called. They told me they had not started and it would probably be two hours. Finally got email saying order was canceled but no word on whether it was refunded or not Never could get manager on phone. I tip well and in advance so at least some acknowledgment of problem would be nice
