Came to this location last night to wash my car and made 3 separate transactions on my debit card. Being an idiot I assumed it was 3$ till the time ran out so I let the water run as I was scrubbing my tires etc. Then today I noticed I was charged $38 and immediately called because that didn’t seem right. They explained to me that the stop button must be pressed when not in use and didn’t even hesitate to offer me a refund. Excellent customer service for something as simple as a self service car wash, absolutely coming here again to wash my car.

Location is sketchy but the wash equipment is good for a self service facility! It’s cheap and the spot free rinse has not left water spots on my car!! Bonus points for keeping the lot, drains, and wash bays clean!

The only thing to be aware of, is that the change machine gives dominion car wash tokens (pictured below). However, they can be used at any of the locations in the Richmond area. Otherwise an excellent DIY car wash! ?? ✨
