Terrible expirience from the moment we walked in! I came in with my kids and the moment I walk in the manager doesn't say hi, just looks at me with a nasty look! Tried to finish my shopping even the cashier was rude! After reading some reviews looks like I'm not the only one who thought so! What is going on here?!

As soon as we walk in to the cashier, she starts making jokes about me and my children to the manager. Nasty low class manager, even more gross and nasty employees. I and everyone from my church will be contacting corporate. Shame on you

The staff is rude, nasty, aggressive, and they were discriminating against us. The manager should be fired and the staff should all be fired and hire people who know how to talk to people with respect. Shame on you dollar tree, this is a nice location why would you staff it with these types of people?

This is a newer Dollar Tree. It is nicely laid out. All aisles were clearly marked. Good selection of typical DT stuff. Plenty of seasonal items too.

I went into this location for the first time, got into the check out line with 2 ladies in front of me. The cashier was actively talking negatively about the customer that just left, with the current customer. Explaining that "its not her fault when someone's card doesn't work, they need to get it together before they go shopping". I noticed there was a plastic divider available, so I grabbed it and put it after my order, so the lady behind me could put her stuff on the belt. The cashier gave me a look and very rudely said "Please don't do that. I don't need people snatching things away. I got a kid I need to put through college and I'm not trying to be sued", I responded "I'm sorry. I was just trying to be helpful" which the cashier then said "I don't need your help, I'm moving quick enough, I think--- I'm from New York. I don't like people snatching things from me" ???? The transaction was completed with no further response from me but I will not return to this location. If you allow your employees to verbally harass your customers AND while they are wearing gingerbread pajama pants? Not a place that is going to get my business.

Cashier was rude when I checked out, very demanding during the transaction and flung the screen towards me due to her irritation. Will never go there again.

I came to this location just before closing to find the doors already locked and no employee in sight. Eventually a couple of people came to the front and after seeing that I wasn't leaving the door, the manager came over. Carla proceeded to tell me that their registers said it was 9 even tho she knew it was not. I needed one item and would've been gone before it actually was closing time. I get wanting to go home but you have posted store hours for a reason. I will be reporting this to corporate, unfortunately.

There’s all kinds of stuff here that isn’t at the dollar tree by Home Depot and it’s really well organized and clean. But the sales associate today was downright mean. There’s definitely a difference between indifference and rude. I don’t care that she was playing on her phone and listening to music and didn’t engage in small talk. It was the way she spoke to every single customer in front of me. One older lady could barely walk and was taking the cart out to her car. That’s not allowed, ok fine, say that. But instead, she said with a full scowl, “ I know you you’re not thinking about taking that cart out to your car.” Another lady asked for cash back, and apparently there was no cash in the entire store. Then she should’ve said “ I’m sorry I don’t have any cash right now.” Not “ I said we don’t have any cash”. (when she had most certainly not said that) I would hate to see somebody get fired during the holiday season, but y’all need to move her off the cash register.

I really wish this location would get it together. The location is great but the staff is, let's just say, lacking in the customer service category. And I'm still waiting for them to stock the store like every other dollar tree.

This Dollar Tree has really gone downhill, maybe new management, I don't know, but the cashiers act like it's their job to not only complain endlessly but to harass customers, now, too. We get it, you work at the Dollar Store, but we don't really want to be there, either. At least it used to be a decent store because they were friendly. Unfortunately, that has changed for the worse and we may not be going back. Also feels unsafe as parking lot is poorly lit and people are always wandering around at night. So, unsafe in and out of the store; time to find a different store. I guess Midlothian is the new ghetto.
