It's a decent store. Sometimes they run out of staples like different sodas they sell as litres, but they always seem to be in a good mood

This particular store has always been disorganized and just a full-on MESS! But today, when I walked into this store... I was to say the least, surprised! The store was put in order and there was hardly any mess in any aisle. The front end of the store was clear and roomy. I didn't think any manager would ever get this place together. Kudos to this Dollar Tree store Manager and Associates. I'm impressed. I had actually stopped shopping here. Glad I visited today. I wouldn't have been here if a friend that I was with didn't have to stop in. I hope it stays clean and orderly. Thank you

Honestly the line was slow but it's dollar tree, what did you anticipate? For what it's worth, they had what I was looking for

Place is a mess. Staff rude and not willing to help find stuff in the mist of the tornado that flew through there. They close at 7 not 9 sometimes they aren't open at all and when I went in the other day at 6:45 for a few things (trash bags, ziplocks bags) it was getting close to closing time and the cashier had a huge line but instead of the manager jumping on a register he went outside and smoked a cigarette came back in and noticed cars pulling up and locked us in the store so those customers couldn't come in. He was rude and that is against fire code. This store is getting worse and worse as the days go by. SMH

Both sets of doors, as well as the checkout dividers, are strewn with sloppy looking signs with crudely drawn pictures. And for the record, I have no problem wearing masks (I do so regardless), but the way the signs were done made me feel so unwelcome. The checkout I used had six or more similarly done signs on the divider (almost couldn't even see the cashier) and three of those were about masks. Where other Dollar Trees have signs like, "Due to the national coin shortage, we are unable to except large bills at this time. Please use exact change, thank you." These say " NO CASH BACK!!!", "EXACT CHANGE ONLY!", and "NO BIG BILLS!" in big messy sharpie letters. Again, very unwelcoming. And to say there are boxes everywhere is an understatement. They weren't even nicely stacked, just dropped all over. It was hard to even walk through some sections. Between the boxes and the low stock, finding the items I needed was nearly impossible (only finding 1 of the 5 things I went in there for). Especially because what was on the shelves was not organized in the slightest. I stopped coming here a couple months ago because of the attitude of the employees. More than once I'd be in an aisle shopping while an employee was loudly complaining and cussing on the phone with a friend about the store. One time a woman was borderline yelling and cussing about how the manager quit on Easter with my two young kids only a few feet away. Never even acknowledged us, just dumped product on the shelf and cussed into the phone. I left quickly, but not before showing another customer where the glow sticks were because the employee couldn't be bothered. I fully understand being short staffed (boxes not put up, though they could have been stacked better), but between the way the signs were done, the shape of the store, and the attitude of the employees I definitely made the right decision to stay away and won't be back anytime soon.

Just left the Dollar Tree off Staple Mills & Glenside Drive early, because the store had to close; COVID health issue as mandated. I'm so angry that I had to sit in my car to write this review. The store was short staffed with one cashier (1st day on the register), but they were doing a good job with the workers they had in place. While in line, the woman directly in front of me rudely yelled and made sarcastic remarks at the cashier (who was doing a refund of some sort; I guess from an overcharge) because she had to get back to work. Instead of leaving due to her timeline, she simply stood there berating the cashier. As this went on, the man (certainly no gentleman) immediately behind me began to make sarcastic and rude remarks in support of the rude woman. He then began to yell at the clerk, the assistant manager and all the other women in line who spoke up in the clerks defense with his narcissistic attitude (in all of his 5 foot or less stature). In his degrading rants of insults, he bragged that he owned 5 businesses and that the customer has the right to be defensive; in between his telling all the women in line to shut up and that he was right. The manager told him that the store has a service refusal policy right in place and was refusing his service and that she would call the police if he didn't leave. At his objection and the last of the women defending the assistant manager's decision, he left with a promise to come back. All of this cruel and defensive behavior brought the cashier to tears and body trembling and had to take a moment to step away from the register. I appreciate her service as a Frontline Worker and was discusted at the demeaning attitudes that they are subjected to. Attitudes of self-entitlement has exceeded workers tolerance and the need for people to get back to work. Grow up people, would you want to be treated this way and have to render service to your abuser? Think about it!!!
