I rent a house for about 7 years , I take care the house like was mine I change the carpet for hardwood floors they only give me the money back for the materials but they doesn’t pay for the labor, I paint the entire house walls and trim, I ask them they give the ok to do it . It’s a 4 rooms 2 full baths , kitchen, living room, I buy all of these materials too and they never reimburse me anything. Every year I power wash, cut the grass, clean the yard , clean the garas too. Now I move out from the property and I left in very nice conditions the house . They send me the disposition letter telling me that they are not gonna give me my deposit back because they have to clean the house and wash the carpet. They charge me $325 for cleaning and $210 for washing the carpet . I let them know that I change the carpet and I send the pictures too. Even the person that do the inspection of the house told me that the house was very nice and they don’t have to do anything there. I send them all the pictures how I left the house and the person took pictures too. They said that I have to bring them a receipt for a company that wash the carpet but how are you going to wash a new carpet???????!!!!!!!! It’s ridiculous. I asked them that I want a proof of what they did on the house for the charges And they don’t gave me anything . The kitchen and bathrooms was very clean. Now they say that the Property Manager of the house says that they can’t wave the charges . How is possible that they don’t send the proof that I am asking and just charge me when is not true what they did. Don’t trust on these people they are not good

Mr.Westbrook the maintenance guy is the best I've had in the 5yrs I been with the property he lets you know the problem what's causing the issue an the solution to what he's gonna do to fix it. Communication is always the key he's very attentive to his work. He don't rush he makes sure it's fixed before leaving an that's a plus. You need work done that's your guy..

Mr.Westbrook came out to the property to make a few repairs to new home we just moved in. He was able to fix the locking mechanism with the back door and a plumbing issue we faced with the toilet. He was very professional, honest and great representation of the Everest Property Management Team! Thank you!!

She answers my calls and emails very quickly, she is very responsive,
In the past fourteen years, my PROPERTY managed by different management companies, I found her the most responsible, and takes care of tenants and the owner

Evernest has been great to work with. Our resident specialist, Criz, is extremely responsive and great to work with. When we have had issues with the property, they have been dealt with in a very fast manner.

Scammers. Absolute scammers. The only reason I gave them a star is it’s required. They will charge you outrageous amounts for regular wear and tear. Be prepared to pay in the thousands upon move out and when you ask for an invoice or proof of the jobs you are being charged for (which they will not do any upkeep or maintenance when you are a tenant keep in mind) they will not give you anything beyond a screenshot of their excel doc. If you have another option take it. Oh and Mariana will be your only point of contact ever. You won’t ever be able to speak to anyone else ever. Another red flag. They are not on the Better Business Bureau - another red flag. I’d steer clear.

My review is ONLY about my maintenance man WESTBROOK. This is guy you would want to come tend to all your maintenance needs. He assessed every area indicated in the work orders 1st. Which eliminates a lot of running back & forth. He makes sure you know what he's doing before he starts the job & when he's done he assures u that it was done & done correctly. This man is so polite and very concerned about the issues you're having. They can send WESTBROOK to my dwelling ANYTIME!!. IF THERE IS ROOM FOR GROWTH WITH THIS COMPANY, HE DEFINITELY DESERVE IT!!.....ASK FOR WESTBROOK !!! HE WAS THE BEST I EVER HAD!!
