I walked into the store and found that they had a sale on. The surprise was that they were really having a sale and had not marked the stuff up first and so I found a nice winter coat I needed there for a really good price.

I had the best experience with Tomica at Dillard’s. She was amazing with great customer service! If you’re planing on shopping and need a stylist or just help while shopping Tomica is your girl. Will be coming back just because her.

I shop at Dillard's regularly. Always a very good interaction with the Associates. Four stars for two reasons; It seems as if the plus size clothing is steadily downsizing. This is very concerning as I really like the quality of Dillard's clothes. Secondly, sales are diminishing as well. I hope Dillard's revamp their strategy and not move away from plus sizes; we love fashion and dressing well too! And bring back sales!

I don’t like to shop. But recently I had to shop for 2 different dressy events. I had a great experience in the women’s dress department with the sales woman who’s name I can’t remember. A few days later, I brought my husband to the men’s department to purchase a new suit. Emmanuel was great. Then a week later I went for a long overdue bra fitting. Destiny was helpful and patient. I then went to the accessories department and purchased hosiery and a scarf. Frankly, Dilliard’s really impressed me with their service in each department. They are clearly doing something right. I will be bypassing online shopping and heading to Short Pump from now on!

Management here is awful they act like they are better than everyone. Some managers are very lazy especially mens manager, SARAH. I do not appreciate how she treated me and if they treat their customers bad I bet the workers are treated even worse too. She mocked me and was on her phone while helping me.

I stopped by Macys short pump to physically inspect 3 coats I intended to buy for my family for Christmas. I spent almost an hour in men’s department and ladies department; I went looking for the coats I wanted to buy but sadly I wasn’t able to find them so I decided to ask for help and I wish I didn’t!!! I ran into a Macys associate who works in the ladies department and I asked her if the 2 coats I’m looking for are available at this location!!! To my shock and dismay; she told me she knew nothing about coats and she recommended that I order them on line. I asked her if she could key in the web ID number for the coats in her system to see if they are in stock. She told me that she doesn’t know how to do it but she will go fetch me someone who’s going to help me!! I waited close to 15 mins & she never came back. So I decided to forget about the coats and go start on my Christmas perfume shopping while I’m at Macys. I was flabbergasted by the way Macys sell their colognes and perfumes!!!! Majority of the products are behind the counter and no customer can reach them to try on the Testers that should have been available for customers and not to be hid behind the counter!!! There was no one to assist me with the testers and a walk by Macys associate informed me that the perfume lady is on short break and I can return back in few minutes if I wish to!!! I left Macys and I headed to Dillards. I never been into a Dillards before and frankly I’m glad I visited the store!!! The self service perfume/cologne counters at Dillards are very great idea. No one pressing you to buy what they like and you can try on anything you want. I ended buying my family coats from Dillards and 3 bottles of perfumes. I’m glad I discovered Dillards. Even Dillards customer service was way better than Macys. I’m positive that I will end my family’s contributions to Macys and we all will shop Dillards from now on. No matter how cheap prices are at Macys ; their executives MUST UNDERSTAND THAT MACYS HAS MAJOR PROBLEM WITH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNLESS THEY SERIOUSLY FIX IT; THEY WILL BE SHORTLY OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!

love this store. lots of selection. mostly for womens and girls clothes but they have mens and boys too. aong with other stuff for the home and travel. prices are a little higher but not too far off. good service and no lines to wait in.

The website is absolutely horrible.they double charge for refunds when you send stuff back! I demanded my shipping fee back and got it.never again

This Place is a Dump. Carpets are stained, Employers harass you and the Store Manager is an idiot that looks like a Nonce. Not shopping here anymore Glad when they go out of business like the e other Dillard's stores!!!!! Wasting People's time and money.

Minoo at the Chanel counter is truly a skin specialist. She offers each client a personalized service and knows exactly what their skin needs. I consider her an expert in her field. Chanel should have her training ALL personnel to ensure they get the full Chanel experience. She follows up with to make sure you are good on product and to let you know when they’ve received new colors! Thank you for making me feel like a valued client, Minoo. My skin feels and looks amazing because I’d you.
