I’m actually not a customer, however one of the drivers for this company pushed through a secure gate on my property and drove into the property approximately 1/4 mile before realizing they were at the wrong location and leaving. Had the security cameras not detected the trespasser i would have never known. Upon leaving the property, they sprung the solar gate opener and bent the gate. Still waiting for Richmond office to contact me. This incident occurred on 10/2/2023

They have had my package since 10/16/23 - scheduled in transit 10/17… then 2 different reps tell me different things on 10/19. One said it was in transit and will be delivered at 3:30 Est never showed obviously, the other rep I spoke with around 7:30 EST said it was scanned on the truck and will be here before 8… well, they had 20 mins to make that happen and it didn’t. Called this morning and they have no idea where the payment is. Why hasn’t anyone did a list report yet???? Then they said a manager will need to call me back because their policy is wait 90 mins and someone will call back… HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, INCOMPETENT WORKERS WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON, AND A LOCAL OFFICE WHO DOESNT EVEN TAKE PHONE CALLS FOR LOCAL CUSTOMERS TO PICK PACKAGES UP!!!!

No way to contact them. The what’s app link doesn’t work. Drivers are terrible. packages are always late. No good way to track it always just says delayed. Pictured is the driver that cut me off not once but twice no turn signal in the span of 30 seconds.

I’ve had an amazing experience both times that I came here.Today I came in to pick up a package 5 mins to close (came from short pump traffic was insane)Barbara assisted me, and was more than happy to do so. She provided me with A1 customer service and even carried my package to the car even though they were closing soon. Of course I apologized for being so late but she assured me that it was fine.I also came in Monday this week to pick up a package and ask questions and Divet (sorry if I spelled that wrong) was wonderful and kind.As a retail sales manager and small business owner, I have to say this location is doing it right. Going above and beyond for the customer, and providing excellent customer service.Thank you!

Tracey was amazing at helping me pick up my packages. She greeted me as soon as she seen me and started to help immediately. She helped my fit 7 boxes into my car without her I would’ve had to take multiple trips to and drop the DLH location.

DHL has to be the absolute worst company for shipping. The representatives are nice but are absolutely NO HELP . You have to call every day just to see what’s going on with your package it’s absolutely ridiculous. Everyone says something different if I can rate ZERO stars I would.

My package was not delivered due to a apparent bad address which is totally incorrect. Because I never have any issues getting other packages. I have been told different things by different representatives and when you ask for a supervisor they never call you back. And now my package is lost and no one knows where it is. This is the worst company ever to deliver anything to you. Because no one ever knows anything. And now my package has been delivered to the wrong address and no one will call you back..

Place never update your shipping. It will show that your package is out for delivery and you never receive it! If there is a change or delay in shipping packages. Let the customer know. Point blank. I should not have to call everyday to see when my packages will be arriving on a suppose to be scheduled delivery date. They must be short of staff.

UPDATE: It tools them 4 days to determine my package was lost and asked me to communicate their mishap to the vendor.They delivered my package to the incorrect address. I tried contacting the corporate customer service and they were not able to get in contact with the branch and neither could I. Moving forward I will opt to pick up my order.
