I gave the 1⭐️ because the lady inside was very nice and she actually opened before what the note said, but the sistem was not working there time said open at 10 and after driving one and a half hour we find a not that they were closed and open at 12 m

Worse courier service I've ever used. Courier drove past my house then updated delivery to I was not home. No local contact number to contact driver, no accountability by anyone. Customer service 0/5, professionalism 0/5, driver 0/5, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Every time DHL is the courier of soemthing I buy I never get my package. Pretty sure your driver just kept the package for themselves. My notification said delivered at 5:15pm and I have video footage showing nobody even near my house that whole evening so they didn’t even attempt to deliver my package.

I drove 30 miles to drop my critical documents at the DHL warehouse Richmond VA to be shipped to Zimbabwe in Southern Africa. These documents arrived safely within 5 days as promised which was great!. But I really want to review the service provided by a gentleman called Juan (Wan?) at the DHL office. From the moment I arrived the service he provided was impeccable, thoughtful, careful, polite and precise. He took time to explain everything he was doing and was taking extra care when I told him these documents were irreplaceable. I was really impressed with the way he handled my case. Thank you to Juan and DHL for taking care of my documents! And thanks to the team in Zimbabwe for dropping them off efficiently.

I recently checked the status of my package, and it says it’s on hold at the facility without any explanation, email, or call from DHL. I've been checking every day. My package was supposed to be delivered last Wednesday, but it’s now Monday, and I have no idea when I will get it. I hope the management can see this post and address this delivery issue.

I would definitely leave 0 stars if it were possible. They lied about attempting a delivery. I’ve been waiting for hours. They NEVER CAME now I have to wait until Tuesday because of the holiday. Moving forward I will INSIST on FedEx.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. My package was supposed to be delivered last MONDAY but wasn’t due to “courier workload”. Which is understandable, but what isn’t understandable is why it is now the next WEDNESDAY and I have had no updates. And customer service says they have contacted this station every single weekday since and have had no updates.
I ordered this package three weeks in advance and now it’s looking like I might not get it in time and I have no answers as to where it is and nobody will give me an actual answer.

This company has terrible service. First they say it will arrive quickly, they give you the date and then it turns out that three days go by than expected and it doesn't arrive on time, they tell you bad service and liars ???
