So it’s been a week since I placed an order for delivery of my food from the dash in app. I never received my food. I even went to the gas station. I was told by a manager he was working on the complaint and I needed to contact Uber. Good luck with that there is no number available on line or provided by dash in manager. Long story short I paid for the food and delivery and never received my order or a refund for the delivery and the time and gas used for me going to the gas station. Also the Uber drive blocked my phone number after I called and asked about my food. Once she realized she delivered it to the wrong address she said she would go get it and bring it to me. That never happed and she blocked my number so I couldn’t call back. I don’t recommend using this company at all. Use at your own risk.

We were in town from Maryland, had never been here and ordered breakfast! It was soooo GOOD. And I’m sure that was only bc a man named Jean-Claude was working HARD! He was so friendly and fast, unlike the girl at the front, who was rude and to us, didn’t say one word to acknowledge us, not a hello, not a good bye, but made sure to do so with everyone else…. Hmmm. So much so that people in LINE noticed, and were friendly to us since she wasn’t. This store has all the yum and convenience you need. Thank you Jean-Claude!

Customer service is great! The food stomps WaWa and Sheetz. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are far better for the price. Chicken cheese steak picture below.

Bathrooms out of order. We left and they lost the sale. Across the street at the Exxon dash in the employee said the workers at the Shell we’re walking over to use their bathroom so management please be considerate of your employees and customers and get a 24 hour crew out there to repair the toilets. BOTH men and ladies restrooms closed.

I have been coming here for 6 months, and Dayshawn always greets me with a smile and a wave. Food is delicious and affordable. I highly recommend the "Java Alert" coffee from the grinder.

I went to the Dash In on Parham Road/Brook Road, Henrico 23227 to get food and was met by a very friendly and professional employee named Chelsey. She put together my order and told me about specials that could be found on the website as well as the upcoming implementation of the Dash In app. She also spoke of the grand opening of another nearby Dash In. The food was wonderful and fresh, so much better than fast food. I cannot say enough about the courteous staff at this location and the food. I will definitely visit this store again as well as the new location on Staples Mill.
