I took my 95-year-old mother there for a manicure and pedicure that had been scheduled. We had a Van take us there as she is in a wheelchair. When we got there, no one helped open the door and then refused to give her a manicure or a pedicure because she was in a wheelchair. Very unkind and discriminatory. We had to go back to the van and leave.

My experience here is always pleasant. I have gotten to know the manager and technician very well. They are always friendly and treated me like a VIP .
Cleanliness: The salon is extremely beautiful and clean.

I used to love this place. However, I went today for my usual services, basic mani. pedi and eyebrows. My usual person is no longer there. Np. I try the new tech who did not do a proper pedicure( scrub not done properly because her brush was dry smh among other things) My nails are short but my cuticles grow quickly so I just get them trimmed and a clear coat. She did not soak my hands in warm soapy water either. I wont be returning

Only deducting a star because it's PRICEY. I came in for a fill in and it cost me $55. At that rate, I could've gotten a whole new set at another salon. However, the salon really is beautiful. Everyone was nice and the French tip is clean. My tech, Tina, was very quick and efficient. Overall, I'd go again.

I've been a customer at Darling Nails for as long as I can remember -- at least 8 years. Here appointment times are honored and service is consistent. The sole reason I return time and time again is because of Kim. She is the friendliest and has a refreshing, upbeat personality that makes my pedicure appointments all the more relaxing. She gives the best massages and is personable! I find it hard to choose a nail color and am happy to follow Kim's seasonal recommendations. Her presence is a great counterbalance to Leighannne at the front desk who seems to always scowl, regardless of the time or day. The new location has resulted in some noticeable price increases that are a bit difficult to adjust to when for years prior, there were also incremental price increases. Overall the space, including the bathrooms, are extremely clean, well managed, and snacks (water and chips) are plentiful.

Service was great quite clean and comfortable and everyone was on their jobs and even though they was closing they took a lady and had her in and out quick and still did a good job and remember to always tip it matters

They just opened a new shop, and it is beautiful inside. All of the nail techs do excellent work here. My favorite is Big Kim!! But when she is not working, the others do a great job as well.

WOW! What a wonderful exhilarating experience! A warm, comfortable, and welcoming environment. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel right at home by the entire staff.
