This CVS is located in a good spot before you cross to Goochland. The parking lot is a bit hard to navigate. You need to be careful getting out onto Patterson. The drive thru can be busy. The pharmacy usually has a wait. They are great at reaching out to your doctor if you do it. The staff at the store is helpful and friendly.

The best CVS I've been to in RVA. They're always prompt with filling my prescriptions and any time I've gotten vaccines here things have gone smoothly.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Every single interaction I have had, the people have been rude and they have new people every time I come. They are not accommodating, never have your meds ready on time, even when you get a text saying they are ready, and they are always out of stock of what you need. And the line is always so long and they are so slow. I dread every time I have to come here.

People are great…so much so I would rather talk to them than the automated AI person they have! I COULD NOT get through to a living human on the phone! I had to call the front of store and get transferred. Can we STOP with all this automated BS and go back to humans answering the phones! This is awful! At least get a decent program and an option to talk to a living breathing HUMAN!!!!!!

This CVS is so rude! Let me specifically state the pharmacy side. Every time I’ve called or visited it’s been a horrible experience. Today was it for me when my dad picked up some meds for me and experienced the same treatment. I will be taking my prescriptions back to Walgreens.

When in today to check on a photo order I placed 12 days ago, showed them my receipt for the order, they said they had nothing on file, then told me to come back later when the manager was there. I called the help number, they had no record of it and told me to go back later too. Manager on duty said they had no record once the order was placed, essentially telling me it could be another 2 weeks before I get my order. Great.

The entire team at this location are great in most every aspect. Some such as Kim go above and beyond expectations which creates an exceptional CVS experience.

I've had great experiences coming here. Paul, the pharmacist, is always helpful and pleasant. Claire really went above and beyond to help me out this trip. The drive thru is always open which is great for my dog and me... and doggo is always offered a treat. Two other CVS pharmacies should model themselves after this one on Patterson.

One of the managers is a bit of a cold jerk, but the rest of the staff are really nice, particularly in the pharmacy.
