This CVS is so rude! Let me specifically state the pharmacy side. Every time I’ve called or visited it’s been a horrible experience. Today was it for me when my dad picked up some meds for me and experienced the same treatment. I will be taking my prescriptions back to Walgreens.

When in today to check on a photo order I placed 12 days ago, showed them my receipt for the order, they said they had nothing on file, then told me to come back later when the manager was there. I called the help number, they had no record of it and told me to go back later too. Manager on duty said they had no record once the order was placed, essentially telling me it could be another 2 weeks before I get my order. Great.

The entire team at this location are great in most every aspect. Some such as Kim go above and beyond expectations which creates an exceptional CVS experience.

I've had great experiences coming here. Paul, the pharmacist, is always helpful and pleasant. Claire really went above and beyond to help me out this trip. The drive thru is always open which is great for my dog and me... and doggo is always offered a treat. Two other CVS pharmacies should model themselves after this one on Patterson.

One of the managers is a bit of a cold jerk, but the rest of the staff are really nice, particularly in the pharmacy.

I’ve called the pharmacy here repeatedly, but can’t get anyone to pick up the phone no matter the time of day. Actually, one time someone did technically pick up, but then quickly disconnected once I said hello. What a joke. Sounds like multiple other people are having the same experience.

Manager didn't wanna get on a register to give me cash back I wanted and told me to do self checkout instead I guess don't come here around 9 if you need cash back below 10 dollars. Unbelievable

I love shopping at CVS ! The store has many choices…most everything I can get at the grocery store without the long checkout lines. Some of the grocery chains are so large that they tend to be overwhelming. I’m always delighted when I find birthday or Christmas gifts at CVS. And I can buy greeting cards from an extensive choice of Hallmark cards.
