Drive thru is always backed up. I've tried to pick up the same refill 3 times and each time it's a different reason why it's not ready. Use another pharmacy!

I’ve called the pharmacy several times and waited for 30+ minutes for someone to pick up the phone but they never do, they always disconnect.
I called today, 7/23/2024, the “pharmacy manager” DAN answered and acted as if he couldn’t hear me, he said “hello” numerous times and even paused each time I spoke but still he says he didn’t hear me. I called back, he then answered and told me not to call the physician line and disconnected the call just like that. AWFUL customer service skills especially if you’re claiming to be the “manager”. I even left a secure voicemail because apparently that’s the policy now and still haven’t received a response, that was hours ago. You’re taking people’s health for a joke, this pharmacy has lost my business.

Quick, convenient, and friendly staff. A must stop when you're on trip on headed back home this CVS location feels like being at a friend's place and that feels comfortable. Self checkout isn't always functional but other than would recommend.

Love the location I can find pretty much whatever I need here always stocked well sometimes employees are missing an action, but I guess that’s what self check out is for, but it will be nice to see a face too

The Best Cuxtomer service in the pharmacy department. If you need your meds, go see them they are great. We recommend them to anybody. Friendly staff smiles everywhere. Shanya was the Best!!! She helped and had such a great personality

The pharmacy here is horrible. I called and an associate picked up the phone and just put it on the counter. I know this because I heard him do it and was nearby and went into the store where I could see and hear the voices on the phone. Just horrible customer service. No care or concern for the customers / patients. Something should be done. And the hold times are ridiculous, at least answer and acknowledge the call and ask the customer to hold on. Management needs to address the issues immediately
