This is the worse pharmacy they open on the weekends at 10am its 11:15 could you believe no one is at the pharmacy they are closed and let’s not get into the customer service they are the worse. If this place was not close to home I would of been going else where they need new management asap

Jeremiah was the number one customer service representative today. I also got to meet Taylor and she was a joy as well. I have got no complaints about CVS. I'm going to come back when I received great customer service like I did today. I've been going there to pay my rent and every time I've gone I've always been treated with the utmost respect. They have a professionalism there that really really surpasses customer service that I've seen in a lot of stores. Jeremiah may be laugh and little did he know that I was feeling down that day and really really needed that. So my thanks to Jeremiah and my thanks to all the other employees that uphold the professionalism as customer service representatives are to do in their line of work. I'm definitely going to recommend this CVS so whether you're traveling through or you live locally stop on by and get the items you need and perhaps you might even get one of those great smiles from one of those great customer service reps. I'm definitely a repeat customer thank you

I got appointments for my family to get Covid vaccines. They canceled at last minute and asked me to make appointment to another CVS.

The front store women Taylor and Alexis are wonderful they are the only reason i still come to this CVS even tho often enough i hear people being rude and saying inappropriate things to them specially about the pharmacy being backed up or shut down early or for the rest of the day still they apologize on behalf of the pharmacy, everytime i come in they are working and greeting staff they know what there doing and how to solve almost every issue that comes there way. these women definitely deserve a raise.

I had to transfer my medications here due to the fact that my insurance company no longer covered Walgreens. This pharmacy is extremely disappointing in many aspects. It seems like no one wants to answer a phone and when they do they leave you on hold for a long time. In my opinion, I believe they hope you are going to hang up so that they do not have to deal with customers. The employees are unprofessional and just rude at times.

I witnessed seven customers that came in as well as myself to pick up medicine that was supposed to be filled but they were not. Not a problem I’ll just stick with the CVS on Forest Hill & Westover.
