Been getting our prescriptions from this pharmacy for the past five years. I don’t know if they have new staff now, but their services have gotten poor and horrible. Everytime I call they just slam the phone down while I still have questions left, I went to the drive through I was waiting on the line 10-15 minutes before closing the staff was still there but they didn’t help at all I went inside the two technicians were coming by, one of them kept telling “check the hours next time, check the hours next time we are closed” without even asking what do I need or if it’s an emergency. I told her I’m not asking you to open the pharmacy and give me my stuff I understand you are leaving, but even if they are closing that’s not the correct way of giving customer services. I have worked at pharmacy myself, never the pharmacy neither I treated patients like this.

Nobody at the counter, no bags at self-checkout. If that doesn’t say you don’t care about your customers I don’t know what does.

The store staff is nice, the pharmacy staff are so rude they bring down the reviews for the entire store.

Pharmacy is the worst !! Never asked if I had questions about my medication and did not have the other had to ask if she could call another pharmacy to see if they did ,, she was rude about !! Awful at 8900 Patterson Ave Richmond Va!!

Half the fridges for drinks don't work. I told the staff and they said its been like that for weeks. Weeks later I came back and still broken. They are still running and making a weird smell because I imagine the coolant is broken. Your can hear the machinery whirling.

I was shocked at how Diane Ratcliffe, pharmacist/pharmacy manager spoke to me today. She yelled at me and said multiple times, "are you done? are you done?" and then hung up on me when I asked if a script could be filled asap as the patient had waited for 2 hours for pain medication needed after their surgery. I called back and told her that it is rude and unprofessional to hang up on customers only for her to YELL that she was filling the prescription and literally hung up on me AGAIN. I did call CVS corporate to report her and I was advised that Justin C (the district leader) will be contacted however they can not guarentee a call back from Justin. After some research, I see she is the pharmacy manager there since 1985. Sadly, a human like this is in leadership. I see why the google ratings are what they are. If you can find another pharmacy.....I would. She is heartless!

Can’t get a person on the phone to see if the store is currently open for business. Terrible experience with this company and pharmacy, overall, the past few years. My insurance will not accept a different company.

The manager, Suja Ross is one the rudest women I have met. She should not be working with customers and doesn’t treat her workers with respect. That women should be fired. CVS do better

I ran to this store because the cough medicne was available here only. Drove this far with 2 min to close only to find they closed it before time 10pm ?
