Absolutely awful experience at the front register. Was buying toothpaste and hairspray and the automatic checkout was malfunctioning. The manager Sujah, was loudly and cruelly yelling at a petite cashier who looked on the verge of tears. No one came over to help. I just left. I hope the petite young lady finds another job where she doesnt have to deal with abuse like that. CVS, do better. Not a good look.

The worst pharmacy anyone can deal with..
My daughter has an ear surgery and she needs ear drops for a month. They gave me a 5ml drug which will last for 5 days cz she is taking 20 drops a day BUT they have the refill every 7 days !!! I went to speak to the pharmacist who was trying to defend their wrong calculation then she has the worst attitude towards me.
Every 20 drops are 1ml, the bottle is 5ml simple math guys the bottle will last 5 days. The audacity of the pharmacist is unbelievable. Shitty attitude and bad customer service. THE WORST PHARMACY I HAVE DEALT WITH.

Instead of waiting on hold when you call the pharmacy, they send you directly to Voicemail and return your call fairly quickly. I find it to be more convenient than waiting for them to pick up.

This is a smaller CVS, which doesn’t have quite the selection of the one further west on Patterson or the one further east at the village shopping center, but despite that it still has a great selection of most anything you could want, including the cosmetics. But what really makes this CVS great is the manager Rudy who is incredibly helpful and also takes great passport photos.

I am writing this to bring attention to your employee and Pharmacist, Diane R. I cant list all of the things I have witnessed over the past 15 years. As a manager in sales, customer service is one of the most
important aspects of running a good business. This lady is hurting your business. I’ve seen her yell at elderly customers, several times actually, who were confused and simply asking questions about their meds. I’ve seen her yell at her fellow employees asking her questions. I also saw two CVS employees working the pharmacy registers having a conversation about if they should ask Diane if a prescription was ready and if so who was going to do it - they looked terrified. They eventually did and Diane snapped at them - In front of customers!? Diane once refused giving us a shot we had signed up for online. She just snapped at us and said that she was not giving us the shot because we missed our appointment.We actually thought we we were early (not 15 min late) and apologized. The look in here eyes was just intense anger.She said to us “I’m busy and have another appointments scheduled so you will have make another appointment” and walked away.There was no one in the store!? Is anyone at CVS reading these reviews? Where is the accountability? Where is your customer service? Where is your management? Even your own employees are forced to work in a hostile environment due to this lady.

Been getting our prescriptions from this pharmacy for the past five years. I don’t know if they have new staff now, but their services have gotten poor and horrible. Everytime I call they just slam the phone down while I still have questions left, I went to the drive through I was waiting on the line 10-15 minutes before closing the staff was still there but they didn’t help at all I went inside the two technicians were coming by, one of them kept telling “check the hours next time, check the hours next time we are closed” without even asking what do I need or if it’s an emergency. I told her I’m not asking you to open the pharmacy and give me my stuff I understand you are leaving, but even if they are closing that’s not the correct way of giving customer services. I have worked at pharmacy myself, never the pharmacy neither I treated patients like this.

Nobody at the counter, no bags at self-checkout. If that doesn’t say you don’t care about your customers I don’t know what does.

Pharmacy is the worst !! Never asked if I had questions about my medication and did not have the other had to ask if she could call another pharmacy to see if they did ,, she was rude about !! Awful at 8900 Patterson Ave Richmond Va!!

Half the fridges for drinks don't work. I told the staff and they said its been like that for weeks. Weeks later I came back and still broken. They are still running and making a weird smell because I imagine the coolant is broken. Your can hear the machinery whirling.
