Excellent patient phone & in-person pharnacy service at this CVS location.
However, training needs to be on-going as we are not comfortable with personal questions(overstepping social boundaries) from pharmacy employee(s) questioning our location choice. In addition, listening skills by employee(s) could be better.
Just do your jobs!

Your store is near me and I have been going there for many years here recently I've seen a lot of foreigners working there some especially the one that works the counter as u come in needs to learn a lot of customer service skills he's a real jerk, if I have to deal with jerks in your store I'll never come inside again

My husband has been out of his medication for a week and our normal CVS still didn't have it in stock. I called the Woodman location and spoke with Charlana. They didn't have it in stock either, however, she checked other stores for me and called to verify it was in stock. Now I'm all set to pick it up on the morning! I appreciate her going out of her way and being so helpful!

The last 4 times I have been to the pharmacy I’ve had to deal with very rude people and so has my wife. It’s sad this used to be a great pharmacy but not anymore.

Absolute worst pharmacy you can go to!! I'm a medical professional and regularly call in prescriptions. They constantly lose them or claim they never got them. They never fill prescriptions sent in by doctors unless specifically asked by the patients even after the doctor has ordered it. EVERYONE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STOP GOING TO CVS!!!

My trips to CVS are always so rewarding; pleasant and knowledgeable employees, and the opportunity to purchase items and receive rebates or use coupons which makes the cost of valuable, resourceful products more than affordable!

The pharmacy techs are very rude and completely unprofessional. Today was not the first time. It is unusual to have helpful, friendly service which is what people should expect from a pharmacy. All of my prescriptions are filled at this location and have been for several years. I am seriously considering moving them all to a pharmacy that appreciates my business.

I was waiting in drive through 5 min to closing. I got to the window at 6pm on the dot and the tech let the gate down. A tech should pinpoint what cars arrived before closing and take those cars regardless of the time because some patients medications are life or death and they need their medications do to not being able to miss a dose. I feel that the young lady whom worked the window should be reprimanded for her actions.

This has to be the worst pharmacy spot here. They have a lady whoDumber than a meat ax. She chews gum like it’s going some where and I want to know who gave her a pharmacy licensure. Whoever owns this store need to shut it down.

I have been going to this location for over 30 years and never had a problem. Within last year the service and quality has dropped. The pharmacist is not rude but he is like a robot. He is not helpful and doesn’t seem to care for his customers. I don’t feel my best interest is any good in his hands.
