This CVS store should have a 5 star rating. I am new to this area, had to transfer several medications. The pharmacy staff are kind and compassionate, eager to meet my needs. Front store staff, both at photo and checkout exceeded my expectations.

CVS treats its employees terrible and I can’t directly support it anymore.
I recently switched to Harmony Care Pharmacy just a short ways down Midlothian Turnpike. The pharmacist, wife and tech all used to work for CVS and opened this location to provide better service and care.
Please support this local pharmacy. You will receive personalized service and won’t be treated like a number in a line to be rushed out the door.

I have been on hold for 30+ minutes multiple times at this location. They even closed once "due to being understaffed" when I really needed a medication

Went here for a vaccine and while I was waiting, the pharmacy techs were literally screaming across to one another throwing around swear words and being aggressive (in a "jokey" manner). On my way out to my car, I walked by the loudest one who had gone out there to smoke. She was literally sitting on the ground with her legs blocking part of the sidewalk smoking. Unsanitary and super unprofessional. AVOID THIS CVS! I will say, the pharmacist who did my vax was really sweet but even he seemed embarrassed by how loud they were being.

I will transfer all my prescriptions and never use them again. I am severely ill and in need of rx from urgent care to be filled. They didn’t fill it all day and then closed pharmacy due to staffing issues. I am sick and running around in the rain to find someone else to fill it and since they’re holding it my insurance won’t pay at a different location.

Needed a COVID test so I scheduled an appointment, when I arrived I’m told they don’t have anyone trained to do it. They didn’t reach out to let me know, even though they said they usually do that, and they had all my information given that they had texted and emailed me to confirm the appointment. Do better.

Was on hole for 40 minutes before the call ended. When I called back, the recording said “Just so you know, the pharmacy is currently closed”!! It’s 10:15 am!!!

This store is always clean. I do like the self checkout b/c I do not have to wait for someone to help when I am in a rush to pop in and back out. The guy at the front was very nice, we chatted for a moment or two. I do not go to CVS much any more more of a walgreens chic now. I can use my rewards whenever I go b/c they do not expire. The extrabuck expire now which blows and they always expire BEFORE I need to go back in so I just stopped going.
