This CVS is stocked with what I'm looking for everytime. Its spacious, so you're not bumping into other customers while you're scrolling through the aisles. Plenty of parking. The cashiers are pleasant and quick to ring items up, or keep the flow of the self checkout fast.

They employe here is impolite no one in front desk I ask one of them hey are you working here she said no after ten minutes I saw her at the front desk, they don’t care of the customers

Front of the store is great, it's the pharmacy that's horrible. The entire staff is rude, and act like you haven't been standing at the counter for 15 minutes to pick up a stupid prescription, ignore you to go straight to the drive through window. I hate this staff and this pharmacy and wish my insurance would let me move to a different pharmacy.
Every single time I try to refill my prescription they are ALWAYS "out of stock" of if. It's ALWAYS late and they won't let me refill it early to make sure I don't go without it, so I always run out and go without and my system gets out of wack. This pharmacy is terrible.

The reviews made me nervous, but I had a good experience - service was fast, they had all the meds ready, staff was friendly and I was out in 3 minutes. I went inside to pick up - staff told me the drive through and inside pickup were both in use.

Pharmacy will never answer. Every time I call for my mom im on hold for 30 mins or more and I hang up. Ridiculous customer service at a Pharmacy. Had to get someone on phone by selecting different ways smh

As a health care professional, I am extremely disappointed in the communication regarding "out of stock" medications. A medication I ordered 4 weeks ago continues to remain "in progress". There is zero communication to the patient about medication delay or estimated fill date. Not once have I received a call or text from CVS. Getting someone on the phone to speak with is near impossible.This pharmacy has acted similarly to prior medication fills. Communication is poor and dismal. I have used CVS for multiple years at various richmond locations, and this is the worst I have encountered.

The employees working are super great in person, but getting anyone to actually answer the phone is impossible. I'm tired of waiting on hold 30 minutes, hanging up, driving to the store only to see not a single employee on the phone. CVS corporate, staff your pharmacies?! Also being told day after day your prescription will be ready the next day but it still not being in stock the next day is ridiculous.

Being a customer since 2019, I never had a bad experience here , but this time it was really disgusting . The guy that works in the pharmacy was very rude and disrespectful . he didn’t help me at all . He had an attitude of a boss even though he is just a pharmacist. Also the rest of the staff wasn’t doing what they are supposed to, they didn’t bother finding my medication , even though I had a pickup from their address. Overall, they had terrible to no customer service. People that worked there before were professionals , they knew what they were doing . They would just ask for the DOB and last name and that was ALL it required to get my medication. But now , these new people are really disgusting and ill-mannered. I think the management must carefully consider what kind of people they are hiring , because these people are not a good fit for these positions.
