Absolutely terrible experience with CVS passport photo services. I needed a passport photo for my USCIS and foolishly trusted them to do it right. Big mistake.
The staff clearly has zero training on photo requirements and standards. They snapped a quick picture, took my money, and called it a day - no checking if it met specifications, no editing, no quality control whatsoever. When I tried to use the photo for my, it was immediately rejected for not meeting the requirements.
This is supposed to be a professional service, but they treat it like they're taking casual snapshots at a birthday party. For the money they charge, you'd expect them to at least know what constitutes an acceptable passport photo. Instead, they're just running a scam - taking people's hard-earned cash for substandard work that's completely unusable.
Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Go literally anywhere else for passport photos. A quick Google search will show you dozens of better options that actually care about quality and know what they're doing. CVS clearly doesn't train their employees properly and has no business offering this service.
Total waste of money. I'll be disputing this charge and warning everyone I know to avoid CVS for photos. Completely unacceptable.

Won’t accept return for defective items sold. Cashier refused to issue refund even after acknowledging that the item is defective. THIEVES!

Cashier was very rude. Unpleasant and unenthusiastic to help with technical issue that wasn't my fault. Please do better when you hire your front staff. Someone like that should be in the very far back.

I would like to commend the head of the CVS Pharmacy for their exceptional service and compassionate approach. They consistently go above and beyond to assist customers, demonstrating not only professionalism but genuine care. Their helpful attitude and willingness to listen make every interaction a positive experience. It’s rare to find someone so knowledgeable yet so approachable and human in their role. This level of dedication is truly commendable and greatly appreciated.

This CVS is stocked with what I'm looking for everytime. Its spacious, so you're not bumping into other customers while you're scrolling through the aisles. Plenty of parking. The cashiers are pleasant and quick to ring items up, or keep the flow of the self checkout fast.

Front of the store is great, it's the pharmacy that's horrible. The entire staff is rude, and act like you haven't been standing at the counter for 15 minutes to pick up a stupid prescription, ignore you to go straight to the drive through window. I hate this staff and this pharmacy and wish my insurance would let me move to a different pharmacy.
Every single time I try to refill my prescription they are ALWAYS "out of stock" of if. It's ALWAYS late and they won't let me refill it early to make sure I don't go without it, so I always run out and go without and my system gets out of wack. This pharmacy is terrible.

The reviews made me nervous, but I had a good experience - service was fast, they had all the meds ready, staff was friendly and I was out in 3 minutes. I went inside to pick up - staff told me the drive through and inside pickup were both in use.

Pharmacy will never answer. Every time I call for my mom im on hold for 30 mins or more and I hang up. Ridiculous customer service at a Pharmacy. Had to get someone on phone by selecting different ways smh
