Transferred here from the HORRIBLE Bellevue Ave location, and the pharmacy staff was awesome! I’ve only been here a few times so far but each time the service was great.

I arrived at the store on my bike to get to the pharmacy when I was yelled at by Tony to move my bike for no reason at all it was in nobodies way whatsoever if you don't like your job stay home

I'd like to give it one star the pharmacy staff is so rude I travel for work, and I've asked one simple question if I can get my prescription filled a day early which is only one day and they've done it before but the way that they speak to you they treat you like you are beneath them Worst place ever advise you to go somewhere else.

Tried transferring my prescription business here to support the location in my neighborhood. After being on hold for 10 mins the call just disconnected. I never see any customers in the store when I’m there so I’m surprised it’s that difficult to answer the phone. Disappointing.

While the staff here is generally pleasant enough, this location represents some of the worst of CVS. First of all, the photo developing here was down for /years/ - I found out the hard way by sending photos here to be printed, and they basically sat there and nothing happened. When I asked the manager why, she basically told me she didn't feel like messing with photos so, when the machines broke, she just left them that way. This meant I had to cancel my order and send them to a different location for processing.And then there's CVS pharmacy. The biggest issue with CVS pharmacy are the unethical practices they take to try and get you to refill for 90 days or to default your account to auto refills then harass you for pickup. Sometime between my refill last month and today, CVS /unilaterally/ decided for me that I wanted 90 refills on my prescriptions, then wouldn't allow me to refill online because they were waiting for my prescriber to adjust the prescription. I NEVER TOLD THEM THIS WAS OKAY.. NOT ACCIDENTALLY.. NOT AT ALL. I am very very careful about what I allow CVS to do or not do and I /refuse/ to let them do this. And yet they did it anyways... and when I called the pharmacy to ask them what's up, they tried to say that I must have accidentally opted for 90 days. NO! Do not put this back on me. CVS is trying to churn on this and then gaslight their customers into saying "oh you must have accidentally requested it." NO.You need to know that if you do business with CVS pharmacy, you should be expected to be subject to their very shady and dishonest business practices and also be prepared for them to randomly and unilaterally harass your prescribers for extended scripts /you did not ask for./ If you allow them to text and call you, they will do so through an automated system which will harass you very often unless you dig into your online settings and tell them to stop.The only reason I'm giving them a second star is because most of the employees at this location are actually very nice, spare the pharmacist who tried to carry the water for corporate and accuse me of accidentally authorizing 90 day prescriptions.

I understand staff needs a lunch break but to expect customers to not have service or have someone available to answer questions in the middle of the day is extremely frustrating! CVS On Lakeside is losing my business!!

I feel bad for people who really needs their medication dealing with this location.
