I truly never feel the need to write reviews but I had a very odd and uncomfortable situation with the beauty consultant at this cvs. I was just looking around when I was approached by this consultant who wanted to show me a product so I let her do her spiel which lasted 15 minutes, decided I didn’t need the product but told her I’d think about it, got sucked into 10 more minutes of her insulting me and pointing out flaws of my skin and just being very pushy about me purchasing a product I did not want. She offered me a coupon and when I put the product down and left the aisle she was there waiting for me and took the coupon back. I usually understand that people work off of commission and are trying to sell, but being extremely pushy and offensive is not the way to do it. Otherwise the other associates in the store were very helpful and respectful.

I have never had problems with this CVS until now. My prescription is not showing up in the app and I cannot get anyone to answer the phone or return the voicemail to let me know if there’s a problem or not. I am so infuriated that I’m ready to pull all of my prescriptions and go elsewhere. The fact that you can’t speak to a human and have to leave a voicemail to wait for a return phone call that never comes is a Kafkaesque nightmare. If this is a CVS wide policy now, I gotta find a new pharmacy.

I love CVS! It's like a long lasting friend that's been around for years! From my vaccines to my prescriptions I'm always satisfied knowing I'm getting the very best for me! As long as CVS is here, there will be no other to take its place. My life, My choice, My CVS!!❤️

The staff at this CVS is so helpful! I visit twice a week and they always are willing to help. The full-time beauty advisor is so knowledgeable and I think one of few in the area. The management staff is always willing to help. Though this store is out of my way, it's my go to.

I just left from this location to return a $4.99 item with no physical receipt since it was ordered online and picked up yesterday. The young man that helped me out yesterday was really kind but the one today named Asher needs a lesson on customer service. I approached the counter happy and smiling AND spoke and he immediately replied with “what’s the name for the pickup”. I let him know that I was here to return an item and I spoke again and he still wouldn’t speak back. After finally getting the refund straight(proof was in my email) I said “have a nice day” and AGAIN nothing! It’s almost like he was forcing a smile on his face and was a little dismissive. Very disappointed to say the least.
PS: BTW I was explaining to him why I was returning it and he cut me off saying we don’t need the reason. That could be very well true but I was still talking. Seriously doubt if I get a response back from management/corporate after looking at the reviews and management/coporate only responding back to “positive comments”.

The rating is purely due to the excellent service. I got the other day. I have been trying for more than two years to figure out how to merge profiles on the app because apparently there is a way that people can create as many as they want at CVS so anyway, the employee that worked at the pharmacy her name is Jordan. Guy who I guess was maybe a manager I don’t know but they this is right before closing too. They like took the time to like you know sequestered themselves and figure it out and they figured it out. They totally made sure Information was right. They hooked it up. Jordan was awesome. Awesome. Awesome both of them deserve compliments and I’m giving them That the store is generally very clean and they offer a lot of products that other places don’t have it like a flagship store or something I don’t know but pharmacies open later than most places all in all it’s a good CVS location I recommended highly thank you Jordan. Thank you thank you thank you.

I went in to find a hard to find product. The pharmacist was helpful. The man ordering products which they were out of. Did not offer to order my product and had no exact date of when it would arrive. I found the original product on a shelf on the way out of store. Does anyone have customer service skills anymore? I ask myself of this more and more. No employees and the few that are have no integrity of doing a good job . I am glad I keep my prescriptions with Walgreens because their phone system allows customers to speak with pharmacists the on phone. CVS does not. I had to drive all the way to Willow Lawn.

Cannot get a hold of anyone at the pharmacy. When I call it just says oh you can leave a voicemail, I have left voicemails and have received no call back. I need my prescription refilled and I can't even find the status of it because no one will answer the phone

I have been using this cvs pharmacy for all my medical needs through the years & it has always gone smoothly & always kept me updated with my prescriptions. The pharmacy is great. However, it's the front of the store staff that has made me rate less than 5 stars. It always seems as if they always want to make your experience difficult when checking out. Especially when it comes to the cvs coupons. The coupons are pretty self-explanatory & I understand the store policy. I get my cvs coupons because I spend my money there. With that being said, I should be able to use my 30% off coupon on any over the counter pain relief without any problems. The representative would not honor my coupon & then showed me the policy. He wanted to be right so badly that he wasn't willing to even acknowledge his own store policy. I read that policy pertaining to what's excluded from the coupons & my purchase was 100% not excluded from being able to use my 30% off one single item in the store. I was not purchasing an "at home covid test", alcohol, cigarette/tobacco, lottery, etc. When I explained to the gentleman that I was not seeing anywhere on the policy stating my over the counter medication was excluded. He then proceeded to tell me, "I'm not doing it, but if you would like, you can try to go to another cvs that would most likely do it for you." Why should I have to go to a different CVS to honor a valid purchase with a valid coupon because the representative simply didn't want to honor it? I had nothing to say to him at that point.

11 people in line at the pharmacy and one girl working. They need to get rid of the drive through or something because they devote all their attention there l, but it’s still backed up.
