Great location!
I usually go for the pharmacy but end up in other areas. I can't just go and leave out empty handed. :) It's nice to be greeted by the staff when you walk in. I would definitely recommend this CVS. Thanks!

The employees at front check out area are truly exceptional. They are not only friendly, but competent. Many will actually accompany you to a specific area in the store to help you with a selection. Great work!

Why do I have to do your job and call the provider for prior authorization? Only to call the provider and be told that CVS is supposed to reach out… and don’t bother calling, you’ll be on hold forever

The CVS store is always clean and well stocked with supplies. The staff is always friendly and helpful when you need them. I also like the fact that they always have a sale on most of their products. I definitely recommend shopping at this store.

Month in and month out I have a problem with my seizure pills I'm always told it's something wrong with my insurance or I didn't ask for a refill or they can't find it in the computer. Phone holds are bad

If I could give 0 I will! The only great part is the guy with the piercing and the ladies up front in the store area! The Pharmacy is worst around! They leave you on long holds just to hang up in your face. When confronted everyone looks at you like you’re the problem and they are supposed to disrespect you. I had to get in my car to drive all the way to the physical store for one question that could not get answered because they wanted to pick up and slam the phone back down. No apology until after the man whom was collecting the tills said something. They have messed up multiple medications, the lady pharmacist has a very nasty attitude, short and nonchalant! They act like you are a problem to get them to correct their mess up! This store needs to be closed! District Manager this is to you… I really need you to get this store into shape. I will even train them on how to have customers service skills for free, It’s sickening! I am very close to getting someone to run a story. Look at these reviews!!! Do you care?? We are hard working people too that do not deserve this kind of treatment. This store is like the Wild West and represents nothing of what your mission statement states! It’s time for rehiring asap! Everyone who worked closing 1/18/24 needs to go!!! It’s the same repeated situations over and over. ENOUGH

12-26-2023 pharmacy is sad, pharmacist on duty lacks basic communication skills, unable to listen and apply common sense, English may not be first language but using that to just end a conversation is pathetic, and say call your doctor or insurance co.,which had been done confirming no issues with filling scripts, will never enter a CVS again and would never recommend to anyone else

I’m doing this as a 2 part review because the store is being operated as such:1. The pharmacyI’ve had my prescriptions going there since they opened up and they deserve about 4 stars.. they’re knowledgeable and kind to me… they’re always busy and during covid they handled things in the best way they can… that being said they have two lines at the pharmacy drive through and I can understand why… people start arguing over their space in line would be a lot.2. The store… I would give them a 1 or zero stars.the other day I saw the pharmacy line long so I was going to go inside… nope they were closed and no one was coming out… one time I dropped off a package for ups… i waited for someone to come in from his break to drop it off, he scanned the package. Then a week later the package was never picked up… I picked up the package and delivered it myself… I don’t know if I ever got my money for shipping it back… I’m going to send this review to corporate.

I came there yesterday around 630pm- 7:15pm somewhere around that time and the guy at the pharmacy counter literally laid my prescription on the counter you could clearly read what the medication was and my name and I thought that was so horrible because it was packed and it was a lady standing right beside me. How he know I want everyone to know what kind of medication I am picking up. Isn’t that some kind of violation?

There are NEVER any employees upfront or throughout the store I’m really surprised there hasn’t been high theft you could literally just walk out. If you do need help you won’t be able to find anybody for about 5 minutes I don’t understand how the business is still operating.
