The pharmacy staff is rude, unhelpful, and just plain obnoxious. I get that the job is tough, but they should probably take it out on someone other than their customers.
Use a different pharmacy if you can.

My general impression is that the staff at this CVS need an attitude adjustment. In my own experience and in my (admittedly brief) observations of how they treat others, they seem to generally find customers obnoxious/annoying and look down on customers. Their body language, tone, distractedness, and lack of eye contact erode trust. I’m hesitant to ask them for help because they seem so disinterested in being helpful.
I have no doubt they have a difficult job and get a lot of negativity thrown at them, but if you don’t like people you should not be in a customer service role.

One of the more competent cvs pharmacies. They seem to move the lines alot faster than most other ones. Not always the friendliest service but they get it done so I guess it's a win 🤷♂️

The pharmacy staff is consistently rude and disrespectful to every customer for no reason. People are here to pick up medications and are met with eye rolls and rude tones like we are bothering them. I always think maybe that the next visit will be better but each time it is worse. Please please try and go to another pharmacy if you can.

I’m sure they’re overwhelmed but I’ve been here 3-4 times for picking up medications and when I had questions about insurance they were unhelpful and unempathetic. It was a very frustrating experience. I thought I was just being sensitive but my girlfriend went and picked up my meds for me one time and had the same experience. I’ve been picking up medication for almost a decade now and have never had this situation before.

whoever the guy is that answers the phone for the pharmacy is the rudest person ive ever spoken to in my entire life. i dont know what his problem is but he needs to fix his attitude problems or they need to get someone else to start answering the phones.

Only once out of 6 times have they filled a particular prescription for the right quantity. Then I have to wait another 30 minutes or come back and it is so inconvenient. This time the pharmacist suggested I didn't follow the prompts on my phone correctly. There are no prompts for this. He just doesn't pay attention to the quantity in the doctor's prescription. I'm done with this pharmacy.

Recently CVS has been out of stock very often of medication that I need. So before I get my doctor to send a prescription, I decide to call ahead to see if the new prescription will be in stock. I first called a different location to ask if they had any supply and they said they would check and they did but it looked low.
When I called (asked for voicemail call back) the carytown location, the person answering the phone spoke almost too quietly to hear, monotone and became quickly irritated with my simple request, demanding to know exactly all the details of the prescription that I have yet to receive. His tone became extremely rude and not only unhelpful but disrespectful. Just how opposite could two locations be only a short distance apart.

I don’t usually leave reviews unless they are positive, but I have to tell you I just had The worst experience calling the pharmacy about a prescription I picked up today after being seen at the minute clinic. The person actually sounded annoyed that he was speaking to me. Not going back.
