Always very quick and helpful for prescriptions . The pharmacy is great I just wish it were open 24 hours a day.

If I could do less than 1 star then I absolutely would. I was trying to pick ip a prescription for my girlfriend and a quick CVS pickup that shouldn't have taken more than 15 minutes had me in there for an HOUR. The lines moved slower than snails pace. Usually I under because CVS pharmacies can be understaffed but they seemed to have 7 people behind the counter. I don't have pharmaceutical experience but I know for certain that some of them were not doing work. At first I went to the pickup line but was told I had to do prescription stuff at the drop off window. Putting aside the confusion of how that works, I went and stood in that line for around 30 minutes. My girlfriend's dermatologist had called ahead of time to make sure the prescription was there so we know they had it. Despite that, they tried to say they didn't. We had to bring up that the dermatologist already called and magically they actually did have it. Additionally, the lady who was at the window very loudly announced the common name of the prescription drug, which really upset me as that is not information the whole CVS needed to know. Anyways, after the prescription magically reappeared, I was told I needed to wait another 10 minutes. That's fine. I get they need to get it ready, but I had already been there for so long so it made the wait even more excruciating. I also saw many others who had to wait for far too long in line because the person at the counter was going so slow. It wasn't until the person whom I presume to be their boss jumped in and got a second person to work the window that they suddenly were capable of giving people their prescriptions in record time!If you are able to, make sure you never have to step foot in this waste of time!

Have to wait several minutes for the cashiers to get off the phone before checking me out. Also was in dire need of prescription and asked the pharmacists if it was possible to expedite it. Her response was "well since we have over a hundred prescriptions to fill today, that isn't going to be possible." I understood and kindly said "ok thank you," but before I could even get those words out she hung up on me. Overall customer service is awful all around. I would rather die from not getting my medication than walk back in this CVS location.

I used to like this location because of convenience from my job and all my prescriptions I fill there but I've notice a lot of BS when targeting people. Mind you I've been going there for years with no issue. Just for reference I do hold a license with DCJS and do security so I'm very aware of people and surroundings. Not only because of COVID but medical reasons I wear a mask. I've noticed on several occasions I've been watched, even waiting on prescriptions, drawers being pulled as just before waited on; and even when I check out, someone else suddenly appears behind counter. Even stand in middle of aisle to watch me pay then go to normal with other customers Never have I stole or have the impression of doing anything. At any stores. Period! don't even do self checkout for that's a reason to set people up. I choose not be confrontational about but It's so obvious even with other people in the store. But best believe, even though I will keep going just to show I'm not the one "they think" is suspicious, I will start addressing the issue. Just saying.

I have tried to receive my prescription for 2 weeks and I have been told my prescription will be filled within the hour over the phone 3 separate times and every time I arrive to the pharmacy they don’t have it and claim it is back ordered. Their service is is terrible and no one should use this pharmacy to fill their prescriptions.

The store is okay. I found everything that I needed. They were in low in stock on one item because the product that I wanted was the last item.Store employee greeted me as I entered and was helpful at check out. I was not used to seeing employees in shorts in my area so this was new to me.As I exited the store, there was an ASPCA representative right at the door. She was no more than two feet. You have no option of avoiding her. She greeted you as you exited and gave her spiel about saving animals. Look, I have a rescue pup and believe that every animal deserves a good home. BUT, I don't think CVS should have allowed any organization -- for profit or nonprofit -- to be placed right at the exit and you have no option of avoiding them. I sat in my car for a few minutes as I plugged in the address of my next destination and I saw the next two people who exited walk pass the rep without saying a word to her. They looked understandably annoyed. I guess sometimes you have to do that if you're not interested in a sales pitch. I think CVS should have told her to set up a little further away from the store. At first I thought she was an employee when I first drove up to the store.

My boyfriend and I have tried multiple times to schedule a flu shot just to wake up the day of to a text saying "due to unforeseen circumstances, your appointment has been cancelled"... considering the fact this happened each time, I'm assuming they ran out of flu vaccines or something. Wish they had just said that on the site instead of allowing people to make appointments and schedule their day around it just for it to be cancelled last minute.

My house was broken into and my medication was stolen. The pharmacist was amazing about jumping in himself to solve the problem and get me what I needed. I was surprised to look at the pharmacist on duty photo and see that the person helping me was the pharmacist and not a tech. He went above and beyond and got me what I needed promptly. After a pretty annoying 24 hours of dealing with various post-break in tasks, I could not have appreciated his help more. Thank you.

This is the worst CVS. I had a vaccination appointment for 12/31. I took the day off just for this. I woke up to a text saying my appointment was canceled. So I called and made another appointment for todat. When I checked in I was "greeted" so rudely. The pharmacist told me, with an attitude, that no appointments were on record. She then began to walk away without allowing me to respond. The only way for me to get any service was to find the store manager. I then found out that I wasn't even in their system.

Very rude staff. Hard to reach by telephone. My insurance forced me to go with CVS, but now that I have BCBS, I will switching my prescriptions back to Walmart where you can reach a staff member right away and the pharmacists are much more pleasant and helpful.
