I went to CVS today to a flu shot & even though I didn't pre schedule, I told them I was getting on a plane and they took care of me. They even educated me about the new Pfeizer Covid shot that fights a highly contagious strain. The great part is they did it all with a smile and very happy staff. This was primarily due to a very pleasant male pharmacist named Andy. He had everyone, all workers, in a great mood. It's amazing the positive impact one person can have on so many people. Pleasantry can be the best medicine!

I hope the pharmacy people can read this review. I hate your pharmacy. You're the worst Pharmacy in the whole state of virginia. Your staff is unprofessional, slow, and some of them seem to be incompetent. Please do not take your prescriptions here these people are horrible. The drive-thru is always closed, it's just not a Reliable Pharmacy. I am switching my prescriptions to another cvs. That CVS is horrible horrible, horrible, horrible.

Worst service ever for a basic COVID 19 test. CVS have you park in a parking space designed for the rest and want you to a call a phone number. however no one ever answers this phone. Stay away from this place it's a fraud with testing during the pandemic

This pharmacy is horrible. The drive thru wait times are unbelievable. I get calls saying a prescription is ready but when I get there no one knows what I'm talking about.

I thought I was tied to cvs through my insurance. The day I found out otherwise top best days ever. Every rx I get it takes several long visits to the store to get straight. I always feel I’m a burden, if I’m at the consult window I’m pulling away from customers at the counter, at the counter pulling from the drive-thru at the drive thru a customer on the phone gets priority. Try using a rx discount card is an adult. Employees show the dislike when I pull out my savings cards. My monthy diabetes meds total over $400 with private insurance applied. Sorry i need you to do your job and run my co pay thru the discount program. This $350 per month savings is a god sent blessing for me and allows me to take my meds as directed. My suggestion. Close the drive thru. Make all calls go to voice mail and call back from an area the public can not see or at the rx stand. Do on to others.... remember you may be the one with a complex medical condition and don’t you want better customer service and professional decorum

I recently visited the CVS store located at 6911 Walmsley Blvd Richmond, VA 23235. The snow removal crew had blocked the exit and made it almost impossible to leave the parking lot. When I exited my car to make sure that I had enough clearance, I was confronted by the backhoe operator who told me that if I did not know how to drive, I should be driving. It escalated from that to the guy shouting profanity at me and threatened to ram my car with the backhoe. I got back in my car and as I was attempting to leave, he followed me through the parking lot at a high rate of speed and attempted several times to hit my car. He missed, thank god! I immediately contacted the store and spoke to the assistant manager on duty who took my contact info. and assured me that I would receive a call the next day from the store manager (Kamal). After two days of not hearing from him, I contacted their district office and left a message for the district manager, Christopher Todd. I was once again told to expect a call from him or the store manager within twenty four hours. Six days later, I haven't heard from anyone at CVS. Apparently, they don't understand the meaning of customer service. They simply don't value their customers. I can now see why Walgreens beats them in every aspect of competition. I will never shop their again! Losers!!!

In terrible pain and was getting a mouth wash prescription filled and they said it would take 2-1/2 hours to get filled so I left and went to Walgreens which was very busy and still got my prescription filled in 15 minutes. Will be taking all my prescriptions to Walgreens.

They work hard for the money. This is a dedicated pharmacy staff that will do all they can for the customer.
