I just needed to change my insurance information for my prescriptions. The Pharmacy had blinds pulled down. Apparently they were closed for lunch. There was already a line of people waiting for help when they re-opened. This Pharmacy needs help!! There is always a line, and always people calling and being put on hold. I've personally heard up to 8 calls waiting for help. If you go, just know you will wait.

Gimmicky, Predatory Pricing Tactics. Coca Cola 2 liter advertised sale at buy one, get another for 50% off. Regular price is pushed up to $3.59. Two will end up costing $5.39.Walmart's regular price is 2.68 each, so two would cost $5.36Food Lion has them on sale for $2.00 each, so two would be $4.00.The above example is a routine practice of CVS for advertised sale items. The item you think you are getting on sale isn't.

The absolute worst! I have been using them for years at this location and they are slowly descending in customer service. Let’s talk about how slow they are! To be a 24 hour pharmacy that is ridiculous. Secondly they have lost my son prescription and is refusing to do anything about it! Unacceptable if possible choose a different location for your prescriptions . This is my last time ever filling with this location.

I've been on hold for 40 minutes. I understand that places get busy but that's just ridiculous. I think every CVS in this area is pretty much the worst I've ever seen. They're lucky people need their prescriptions or they'd be out of business quickly.

Avoid this store. This is the absolute worst CVS I've been to. A very cold and unorganized pharmacy staff. We will be transferring pharmacies asap.

I took my 4 year old to the hospital for strep throat. Called cvs at exactly 1:24 am to see if they have the anabiotic that was prescribed. A young female answered the phone and put me on hold. Then came back to the phone and hung up.. When I arrived at the pharmacy I was told that the pharmacy computers shutdown around this time every night. ‘’Hints’’ the reason for me calling from the hospital so I wouldn’t have my sick 4 year old out waiting on a prescription. When I arrived to the pharmacy drive thru was closed and it was completely empty in the store. Clearly she just didn’t want to do her job.

Def not the place to go for anything. I was literally racially profiled by the night staff cash register person (didn’t catch her name but she was light skin with 2 cornrow braids). From the moment I walked in she was tailing me and it made my purchase so uncomfortable. She literally passed by me every 10-15 seconds. I was in the store maybe 5-10 mins. Not that it matters but I literally had a wallet in my hand wearing a 1500 coat, like no I do not need to steal anything in this establishment. Do better CVS because that’s highly illegal and a reflection of y’all

The staff is amazing but the CVS business model does not fit the store. The amount of traffic that goes through the store is insane and the pharmacist and workers can only do but so much! They need more help. I called the 800 CVS customer support and I talked to some lady that sounded dead on the inside! CVS does not care lol! I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to a New Pharmacy! Problem solved!

Never answer the phone. Prescription status will say ready, but when you get there it's not ready. Takes all day to fill a simple prescription. Last straw was today when our newborn daughter's prescription was still not filled or acknowledged over 24 hours after it was sent in. When I tried calling it has you stay on the line and then after a minute or 2, says please login with your extension to continue.

5100 S Laburnum Ave, Richmond, VA 23231. It's not the best place to ivkuo meds. Service needs improvement. Don't call. You will either be on hold forever or no pickup. CVS as a whole needs improvement.
