Matt at Robious Rd. was rude to my daughter and could use a refresher course in patient care. He did my daughter's COVID testing. She is an adult so she handled this on her own but she should have given him the same rudeness in return. First, she IS sick with COVID, does not feel good, and is seeking help. Do NOT be rude, that is uncalled for. Second, she may have needed this paperwork that you referred to with a phone number for her results but did not provide to her. Third, she was early for her appointment by 15 minutes and I'm sure could have waited but if she had been 5 to 15 minutes late you would have not seen her.

Worst Covid testing experience. Couldn’t find any labeled parking. Waited 10 minutes in a parking spot for instructions before I called. They were too understaffed to come out to my vehicle even though a staff member was taking a nice long smoke break right outside where I parked. I called and they told me to not go through the drive though but park in the passing lane, I do that then that same staff member who was taking a break yelled at me to back up my long truck in the rain where I can barely see and don’t have space as people are queuing behind. I Had to stand in the rain to give the sample back. Horrible experience.

Constantly have had issues in one way or another with a single prescription. I'm an insulin dependant diabetic and I've rarely been able to get the insurance verified 90 day fill without some sort of complications or issues. They've got an excuse for everything and I get screwed over plus I think it's the slowest moving pharmacy around the area. Just use a different pharmacy

I have been here multiple times interacting mainly with Pharmacy staff. Even though their computer and phone system is in serious need of an overhaul, that isn't their fault. Everyone I have spoken with has just simply been genuinely nice,knowledgeable,patient and friendly. That is why I continue to come to this CVS. Fortunately , it is also not far from my home , so I can bicycle there. Those are my thoughts.

Nice helpful staff. A customer ahead of me had no insurance cards, etc. and were rude to staff who could not process their prescription right away. The pharmacist was nice throughout the process and tried to help the customer keeping the person from making a scene.

Great place. Clean and well lit. Hard to get to. Pharmacy filled my scrip in 15 minutes

Always rude. Making a smart comment after not having something in stock isn't necessary. I went to another cvs and they politely said they didn't have my prescription and advised me where I could go. You pharmacist and staff should take notes from them (Buford rd staff).
