Waited a week for a scheduled appointment at 12:30. I took off work and waited two hours for someone to look at it. After 2 hours, I asked about the status and they told me I should just buy a new generator (when they hadn’t even looked at it, since it was still parked outside the garage). Awful experience

We are sitting here with and RV we were here last September to have a part replaced in and out in 30 minutes amazing thanks so much I did buy them all lunch. So today we are here to have an air leak fixed hoping we can get in an out.

I drive a 26ft box truck with cummings engine and with limited knowledge and I'm learning everyday. I went to Cummings dealership in Richmond,VA and the service was Impeccable from the service parts department staff. I had mechanical issues and I can't begin to explain how elated I was when i left. The Service supervisor ETHAN came out to truck and helped facilitate issues I had. This place is recommended!

After waiting five (5) (YES, 5 WEEKS) for generator repair, we were called today informing us it was ready. Price was nearly $1,000 more than quoted 2 weeks ago, but wait- the best is yet toCome! It was started and ran a full 5 seconds and died. Would not restart!! Just so happens that the “tech” who repaired it won’t be back until Monday!Don’t buy Onan - and don’t use these clowns for service! By the way- reason they get 1 star? There is no ZERO!!

They never answer the phone & rarely return calls from Voicemail. Wish I could give 0 stars. Waste of time. Call the Cloverdale location way better service there
