Gary was recommended to me by the stylist at the natural hair salon and spa behind them, and I'm so grateful she did. I wanted to do a "big chop" to start on my natural hair journey but didn't want to wait weeks to book it out. Poor customer service. The worst part is the defensiveness - how do you provide constructive feedback to people who think they are doing everything just right? In 2019 - this is definitely substandard service. Not asking for royal treatment - just the basics: good communication, respecting the customer's time, and at least pretending you care about making the customer happy.

Had an appointment with Shaniqua and not only did she have me waiting over an hour and a half she also did not have what I purchased from her completed. The wig install was not flat by any means so I will not be returning. Customer service was poor.

This salon is tucked away in the laburnum office area behind Kroger . I took my daughter to get a birthday style from her favorite stylist Danielle. She left happy and as beautiful as can be with her new do.
