I needed a plaque made to match one I'd gotten from another company, and I needed it in 24 hours. While the plaque wasn't made EXACTLY like the other one, they did a darned good job at coming close. In fact, it might've looked better than the original one. AND they got it done within TWO hours of receiving everything they needed from me to make it. My only minor gripe was that it was 3.5 times the cost of the original. I guess when you need it custom and quickly, you can expect the higher price. If the price is always that high, then I wouldn't use Crown Trophy on a regular basis. But in a pinch, absolutely. Thank you, Crown Trophy for coming through when I needed you.

I am so grateful for the excellent service I received from all the members of their team. My orders are small and rare, but they consistently treat me like I am their biggest customer! I'm hooked and would recommend them as the go-to spot for all awards and trophies. They are really nice people:)

2019: I've been going to Crown Trophy for about 2 years now and the service is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. I've placed SMALL & LARGE orders and they have always ensured that everything is perfect for me. Even when I call at the last minute either because I forgot something off the order or to put in the order, they always just tell me it's okay WE GOT YOU. That I truly appreciate! Kathy is usually who I deal with and she is MAGNIFICENT. She is always in a cheerful and pleasant mode and it sets the mood for my visit/order. I'm thankful for them and as I always tell them, I won't give any other trophy shop my business or my schools business because THEY ROCK!Customer Service= 5 starQuality=5 starPromptness=5 starOverall=5 starUpdate 2021: Crown Trophy is still #1. Wish the owner of this business would open up more businesses in the area. One of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Owner was knowledgable, flexible, and very direct while still maintaining a friendly conversation (difficult to do). Regardless of how much cheaper internet options become, I will continue going to crown trophy for any services they provide as it still feels like a better value.My only issue is, they did such a good job putting 6 new plaques on one side of a trophy, that the flaws in the previous plaques on the first side are now evident.I am generally compelled to leave feedback when I’ve had a negative experience; this was so good, I couldn’t help but try to share.
