Needed to get screen protector and case for phone. At first she didn't think she had one and and she was really looking for it but could not find it. She called the person and they told her that they had shipments that they hadn't opened. Lo and behold she found a screen protector and phone case for my phone. I was happy about that because my phone was unprotected in both ways and I didn't want it's a brand new phone. So I thank them for looking for stuff you know patience and all in contact and others besides just saying oh no we don't have it in sending people away every day this service.

My friend went in to purchase a phone. The lady that was helping him listened to what he was saying, what he wanted and his price range with no interruption. She gave him options and explained it very well to him. He was very satisfied with his purchase and the lady did not try to pressure him into buying things that he couldn't afford. Cudos.

Went into Cricket to port over 2 lines, Colleen provided the most outstanding customer service. Her patience, timeliness, and willingness to help me was phenomenal! As a regular customer and as a business owner, she exceeded my expectations. These days you don’t expect much from customer service at most places, not to mention the overall quality of sales associates has diminished in our society. However, Colleen should be mentioned and rewarded for her over the top customer service! Go see her if you are ready to make the switch. Thanks, Colleen!

Went to the Cricket Store on Hungry Springs and Staples Mill. Brandon, who was the employee that helped us went above and beyond to insure that our trip to Cricket was enjoyable and productive. He helped us with every question and resolved any anxiety to using a new phone. Thank you so much.

I came in not knowing what I wanted. I was absolutely amazed at the help, patience and the kindness of the 2 working here. Most times phone places are pushy rude & try and hurry you. I was in there well over an hour. Brandon n his manager were great!!! Very helpful funny n so patient with getting me switched over n my new stuff set up. I would definitely recommend them :) Great store

Simply awful the sales advocate told me that to get my upgrade on my account i would have to purchase mutliple accessories to even get the upgrade i asked and was informed it was the district manager told them it was mandatory that I had to buy accessories to upgrade my phone even though I waited the six months to be eligible for the offer to upgradethen tried to add a protection plan to my account with out ever discussing it with me I only found out of this after reviewing the receipt of the transaction.and to pay my bill they tack on $4 as a service fee for simple paying cash

My experience was great at Staples Mill Rd. In my opinion if you're not dealing with the staff at Staples Mill Rd your wasting your Time! I spent 6 hours at Broad St. and still had to go to Staples Mill the following day to get things Right!
