Got a replacement phone quickly. Sales associate knowledgable if not aloof. Accessories cheaper elsewhere but well stocked.

My service at this cricket was 5 stars. The gentleman DJ had the best customer service because he helped me and my wife very well. I would visit this store again, but I WILL BE LOOKING FOR DJ!

My service Is great no problem what so ever. What I have a problem with Is how the management of their employees are terrible and careless. A worker there I used to stay with Is on a power trip and keeps cutting my phone off, even after me NEVER missing a payment for issues unrelated to the bill itself. The manager told me It's nothing she can do but was all for helping me before he probably manipulated her and her answer was "personal issue" how do you allow your employees to do this to people? How Is that okay? Why should I have to pay extra money for a line If YOUR employee is causing issues. I have two weeks left on this service and will NEVER go to this franchise again because It's obvious they don't know how to keep their employees in checc.
