I had such an amazing experience working with Mike at Craters & Freighters. I was in Richmond on vacation and found a very heavy and breakable piece of art that I couldn't live without so the antique store I bought it from recommended Mike as the person that could ensure it would get back to San Francisco in tact.Mike responded to my inquiry right away, we had a discussion about the piece and then he got me an extremely reasonable estimate which I of course agreed to.I received my piece a couple days ago in a perfectly crated packing situation and I could not be more grateful. My boyfriend was also wildly impressed with the professionalism and care of which Mike and his company handled the piece of artwork and was blown away at the price we paid, it could've been double the price, especially in SF, CA.Thank you Mike!

I had an odd combination of heavy items; golf clubs and coffee table, as well as fragile items; paintings and porcelain. Everything arrived perfect condition and on time (shipped across country). Excellent communication, professionally packed and crated, and reasonably priced for the quality of the service. Highly recommend!

This company is the most efficient, most professional and has the best customer service I have experienced in years. Quick to respond with clear information. Had a coffee table packed and delivered across the US during a truck shortage in 7 days. The packaging was bomb proof. I normally avoid answering surveys or writing reviews. They deserve the 5 stars.

Mike and his crew at Craters & Freighters did an AMAZING job. I needed a family heirloom shipped from Richmond to Southern France. They collected it, carefully wrapped and packed it and got it on its way. When I ran into some hangups during the import process to France, Mike was available and reacted quickly to give me the information I needed to get the desk through customs. I was astounded by the care that they had taken with my old desk. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a responsible, careful and thorough shipping company.

I had 4 rack servers that I needed shipped from Virginia to Pennsylvania and did not have the original packaging. They picked them up and packaged them better than Dell would have and shipped them here in perfect condition. The delivery was prompt and the price was great. I would happily use them again and will recommend them next time I need to ship servers or PCs .
