I ordered a couch in June, picked it up myself at the warehouse. The couch was not usable because of the shape and the low back (cuchions would roll over when leaning back). Went back to pick a new couch (July 8th). The couch was supposed to be delivered in August, it's almost October now. The worst part is that every time I call customer service, you will have to explain the situation again and they don't seem to understand the problem (barely speaking english) Promises were made every time, but no returning calls. Stay away from this store.
To the message from crate and barrel: I already contacted all these numbers. Every single time I get promised to be called back and that my problem will be solved. Nothing ever happens. It seems that my couch is at the wrong warehouse and you guys just can’t figure out how to pick it up and bring it to the right one. Your products are not cheap, so accordingly you need to take better care of your customers and also learn basic logistics. If you have updates, look up my name and reach out. You for my number. I am done doing all the work.

Just went in to get my mom a birthday gift and experienced the best customer service I’ve had in a while! We were helped out by Samuel and a new hire (I’m so sorry I cannot remember the name) but the new hire slayed the packaging and they both went out of their way to be friendly! Both of them are absolute gems and I left excited to come back!

it took over 100 days for crate and barrel to deliver our patio umbrella. very upset. we had been waiting a very long time and was looking forward to receiving our family's umbrella. this is upsetting to us because they promised a quick 20 day delivery and we clearly got the opposite of that.

Every one is a liar in this store, very unprofessional not honest, take your money and give you a delivery date and then that takes four months and you still have to wait. It is just a bunch of useless people handling this store. We experienced our worst customer service with Crate&Barrel in Short pump Richmond, Virginia. Now, after four months, they want me to cancel my order and had kept my money all this time. Alissa the Manager is very reckless when it comes to give you updates. Very disappointed

Y'all, don't order any furniture from Crate and Barrel. I ordered a custom-order leather chair in April for mid-July delivery and they just canceled it. In August. Customers can't cancel a custom order or we'd lose our 50% deposit but they can. With a cavalier email no less.
When I went to the store. Rob was equally cavalier: "Online is a different profit center. I can't even pull up your order to see it. If you had ordered it in the store, we could help you. My guess is we're no longer working with that vendor." Wait, so Crate and Barrel is two companies now? One online and one at the store? It's one experience to me. I don't care about your commission structure Rob.
And no email updates to let me know. I had to ask them for an update. I won't shop here anymore for anything. Not a fork, not a chair, not a coffee maker.

I’m still experiencing the worst customer service with this store and the people work here. It is almost 2 months that I haven’t received the outdoor patio furniture despite they told me it will take 2 to 3 weeks and it is about 8 weeks. and still waiting . When I ask for for a good reason (why this long waiting time), they just don’t care and they seem to be not professional and serious about what they promise at the time of purchase. They don’t take responsibility and they just keep you wait wait wait and that’s it. I can say that it’s just a bunch of useless people run this store.

Great location and we've been able to find most things that we get from C&B. This is very much comparable to the Tysons location in NoVa. I definitely recommend.

The Short Pump location was wonderful. The store was clean, and the people were friendly. They have a lot of lovely pieces to choose from. Theo was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us to get the very last table left online. It was a great experience! Thank you to Rob as well for making the buying process easy.
