I came in with a minor fix for an IPhone that I had been putting off because those types of things are always expensive. When I walked in I was met by Joshua who had s smile on his face and got to the root of my issue quickly. I was in and out within 10 mins and paid a 1/4 of what I thought I would. I had made an appointment and took my phone in at the allotted time. I was quoted an hour to repair. At an hour and a half, I inquired what I could do to help expedite the process. Apparently, the Face ID on my phone wouldn’t work anymore. (I took it in for a crack in the screen). 10/10 would not recommend.

Great customer service from Collin! This is the location near Town Center mall, out in front of Macy's. They offer a warranty on their work. If you need your phone repaired or a new screen, go see Collin.

**A reminder here to always have a backup phone!**The port on husband's Moto G became all jiggley, loose, we think from it being mounted on the handlebars of the Harley. It wouldn't charge. Dead. We had just completed a 5000 mile trek cross-country and back. The phone is only about a year old, so not ready to invest in another!We picked CPR because of the reviews and location.Hubs took it in and it was determined that it was most likely the port, but it could be the battery, hence not holding a charge. They had to order the parts. This was on a ThursdayThe 2 parts came in late afternoon on Friday. Phone was repaired and ready for pickup on Saturday.It was just the port, the cost was under $100. Good to go for another year or more!Very happy with service.
