Exceptional store. Beautiful jewelry and watches. They are very, very reasonable for battery changes and sizing watches. They do it right then and there - no waiting! Fantastic customer service.

Great customer service!! They are friendly and their prices are reasonable. Had to have 2 gold chains and a gold bracelet repaired and turnaround time was quick and the cost to repair was reasonable. They even called after I picked up mu jewelry to make sure I was satisfied and to see if I needed anything else.

Great place, staff is friendly, super helpful and willing to educate you on what you are looking at or purchasing. Plus they are RVA local!
