I am SO HAPPY with Lilya’s work on my wedding dress. She worked with me a few times to get everything perfect. She fit it to me perfectly and added cap sleeves at my request. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for alterations in the RVA area!

I cannot recommend Lilya at Couture By LK Design enough! I had a wedding dress that needed significant alterations and she did AMAZING!! She made sure my dress fit me like a glove, exactly what I wanted!! We did multiple appointments to make sure I loved how the dress fit, made sure the length was appropriate when standing and walking. She went above and beyond! I loved my experience at Couture by LK Design!

Lilya is the BEST! She was able to take my wedding dress from "aww" to "WOW!" With all her expertise and passion, she did an amazing job with alterations and included inconspicuous yet easy bustling. She was flexible and expeditious, as she was able to make a rapid turn-around on alterations since I was working with her from out of state. If you ever need a dress hemmed, altered, bustled, (or even designed from scratch!) Lilya is the artist to go to!

I cannot recommend Lilya more highly! If you are looking for someone in the Richmond area to alter your wedding dress or any special dress, this is the place to go. She is extremely skillful and puts time and care into her work. She recently did beautiful, thorough, careful, and stunning work on my wedding dress. She removed the train from my dress and altered it so it fit me like a glove. I felt 100% confident that she would bring my dress dreams to life and she exceeded my expectations. I could not stop smiling when I put the dress on! She even took videos and pictures for my mom and sister as they couldn't come into town to see the dress. She also ensured I knew how to button and zip the dress on my wedding day by taking a video of herself completing each step and verbally explaining what to do. She went above and beyond for me.She has also altered 2 bridesmaid dresses of mine in the past and she did phenomenal work on those as well! Every time I work with Lilya I am over the moon happy!

I highly recommend Lilya @ Couture by LK Design for alterations! She was great to work with - professional, friendly and fair cost for all the amazing work she did on my wedding dress. I bought a dress that needed considerable alterations and work on the back, and Lilya matched the lace pattern almost precisely; it came out beautiful and we were thrilled with the end result. She attached the belt we added and the fit was excellent. We also found very nice shoe clips & buttons in her store. Highly recommend!

Lilya is absolutely amazing! I had my wedding dress & rehearsal dinner jumpsuit altered here. She was professional & courteous and did great work. She made the easiest bustle to use for my wedding dress which my maid of honor appreciated :) My dress looked amazing on me and I felt like a Goddess! She also did such great work on the jumpsuit I not only wore it during the rehearsal dinner, but did an outfit change into it during the reception as well

The best experience!! Highly recommend this place. She did an amazing job on my wedding dress. My dress has a lot of layers at the bottom so it had to be raised up a few inches and you couldn't even tell it was touched. Also added a button to the back. Then I realized very last minute that I wanted my dress opened up some. I called her back asking could she take it out some on the sides and she completed the work quickly!! Also very fair priced as well. She does great work! I'm getting married this Sunday, excited to wear my dress for the big day :) Any future alterations I ever need, would go back to her for sure!
