This Costco is easier to traverse, manages both gas lines and checkout lines better than West Broad. Although I find employees to be friendlier overall at the West Broad location. However, Hunter did do a great job at customer service and was very helpful at resolving our inquiries. The two local locations do carry different things so be mindful of what you look for and be aware that just because one location has it doesn't mean the other will.

the parmacy here is absolutely disghusting. for these pharmacist to think they are doctors and can tell a person that they cant get their meds filled or pay out of pocket and holding their medication should be illegal. i hope nobody uses yall and yall no longer have a pharmacy in a few years!

Always love a trip to Costco! We have been able to get diapers and formula in bulk which has been a lifesaver. We are always happy with the prices and they have sales very often on lots of the items we frequently need to stock up on.

Kristin (hope I spelled right) was able to sense my urgency to diabetic insulin syringes and got my order filled within 15 minutes (about the time it took me to get there) I'm dealing with insurance and distribution hell and needed help asap! She helped get them ready by the time I arrived at the desk to pick them up! Thank you so much!

Good prices. Always have my particular medications in stock. Also the people working there are polite and friendly.

Costco has become an arrogant membership merchant. They think their doing you a favor buying there.

Worse and most disappointing Costco experience EVER. Micheal and Roxy were super unprofessional and hostile. I've been a member for +7 years, and I do grocery shopping for my mom sometimes. I've never had an issue. If they don't want to let me in with her card (so I can shop for her), they check it in the BEGINNING at the entrance and tell you (as they're supposed to regarding their policy). The person checking the cards at the entrance initially let me in, and I started shopping. When I was going to the SELF-checkout, the lady that was there grabbed my phone from my hand without my permission to check my card, which they never do, especially at SELF-checkout since you're supposed to simply scan it yourself. She started making a scene and told me I needed to leave and couldn't use the online card to buy the items, which, mind you, I have been for as long as I have had the membership. After letting me inside with the same card they were now rejecting, I asked to speak to the manager, and she said it was fine. She knew if there were an issue with that, they would have had to address it at the entrance and before I was done shopping. The other employees didn't like the outcome of my conversation with the manager and kept coming to me after the manager had already approved to bother me and repeat what the manager had already told me since the manager didn't go with what they wanted. As someone who's working, they could have and SHOULD have dealt with this situation nicely and professionally compared to how they made a whole scene and approached me very hostilely while grabbing my personal items without my permission. The same lady that grabbed my cell phone from me was not acting that way and would ask for permission even to help them, so her grabbing my phone and involving herself was not okay, and she did so because she was discriminating against me for no reason. I don't understand why she felt the need to get involved when I didn't ask her for help and act like that in public and on the job. There was literally another gentleman that was complaining about how she was targeting him and bothering him as well. Like chill out Roxy!! Micheal too

I finally caved and got a Costco membership, best decision I've made in a long time. They have a huge selection to choose from and they have the best prices for pull-ups and diapers. I will probably be visiting this location once a week going forward. The checkout process is very quick and easy as well.

Overall every Costco has been great but in particular I need to single out the hearing department at this Costco especially the hearing tech James - outstanding service - knowledgeable- patient ! We left there with great working hearing aides and fully understood how they worked. Don't go anywhere else for hearing aides. Price is great, devices are excellent quality and service is superb.

Our local CostCo on Mall Dr is the best around. Large store with ample parking. Associates are friendly and helpful. Cashiers are quick and I very often see the various employees working together to help each other or to help the customers. The warehouse/store is always clean as is the parking lot. I've shopped here for years and have never had a bad experience or left with anything unsatisfactory from my visit. The gas station is also bright and clean (and everything always works!). I've had to call on the attendant on a few occasions for help and found then super nice and ready to help. Zero complaints for the Chesterfield CostCo.

I can't believe I haven't reviewed Costco! I am a newfound Costco fan girl. I am even in a Costco group on Facebook. Yep, this is 30. So, now that I am indoctrinated into the Costco groups, I have discovered so many gems. Literally, a membership is only $60 a year and it is SO worth it. I have changed my eating habits recently and let me tell you, Costco has some great options for folks who are gluten free or low carb. So many amazing meats, high quality brands, toiletries, medicines, clothing items, toys, oven ready meals, etc. This is one of the places where I know that I can trust the brands that they sell because everything is high quality. The gas is also a power buy. That's why there's always a line! All of the employees are so nice and very helpful. I've heard that Costco treats their employees well and you can tell by interactions with them. The best part is that Costco is on Instacart. Whenever I need something and am too busy to leave the house, I can still have my costco goodies delivered to me at the push of a button. Love that for me. Basically, you need to get a membership to costco. Don't walk; run!

Since I was in the area, I stopped at this Costco. There is a large selection of Paleo/keto/vegan/gluten-free items here, more than I have seen at any other Costco. I'm looking forward to trying a few new things I picked up here. The layout of the store is a bit different than what I am used to, but it still has a nice walk up food bar. Contactless ordering and payment is available at kiosks. Gas is very reasonable for the times at $2.81 a gallon on July 9, 2021. Restrooms and store are very clean and orderly.

They always stop selling things people like to buy, so we then order on line from someone else. Most of the cashiers are rude and rush you then don't offer you a box to carry your items in.-- 3 stars.

This is about the tire center. This is where I have been going for a few years now. Great service, and they are always helpful. They are open during his pandemic and hat is so important. You can park near their bay doors and enter through their service door instead of the main Costco door where you have to wait in line. No waiting in line with the side door! Good prices and tire warranty also
