The customer service team agreed to a review process in writing then didn't follow it. They charged us $4000+ for the printing that we never gave the final approval on noting that the process was automated, despite what they agreed to (in writing). Then they said they would provide a 10% refund for the mistake but didn't do the entire 10%. We tried to work this out by talking to the customer service team, including the supervisor but they are prided by their automated process that cost us, the customer $4,000+.(Six days after leaving my review a response from the owner noting...) A human error was made on our end. As the customer I didn't create two jobs in your printing system. As a customer I'm charged for an admitted human error by you the printer. I'm not interested in the " 10% off your next order" offer. You, the printer, made a mistake and didn't provide a refund for your mistake.

Good customer service. Excellent selection of product capabilities. Easy on-line interface for uploading print jobs. Shipping pricing can be a little unclear during on-line check-out. TOP QUALITY PRODUCTS and excellent pricing. Happy to recommend!

This is about the 5th publication I've had printed by Conquest Graphics. My current book exceeds all expectations. Can't imagine using any other printer; they worked with me in helping me improve some of my photos, and published it into a book I'm proud to sell or give away.

As a graphic designer, I've been using Conquest Graphics for years for all print materials for all clients. I've printed high volume brochures, flyers, catalogs, banners, and even some custom prints with special accordian folds. They've always had great pricing and fantastic quality work. I've worked with Lacy frequently and she's extremely helpful and kind. The response time for quotes and proofing is also fast. If there is ever an issue with my order, which is very rare, they are fast to correct it or help me. I 10/10 recommend them.

The addresses on my postcards made and mailed by them were printed upside down. When I called to ask them why they tried to offering me a discount and to convince me there was nothing wrong with it.Would not recommend them at all.

Processing estimations are a lie, they tell you to group your shipments together to ‘save shipping money’ but don’t tell you it’ll triple your processing time so you can never estimate when your order will arrive. Completely ridiculous if you need regular deliveries of product.

Excellent quality and customer service and they stand by their work. I've sent two large print jobs to Conquest Graphics and will continue to entrust them with more work for our clients in the future. Their team member Dallas was especially helpful when a question came up on my recent order.

The work product is good. I’ve been genuinely disappointed in their customer service and unwillingness to own up to or apologize for a mistake they made regarding shipping, which ultimately led to a UPS exception charge being passed down to me.You would think after three jobs and approximately $675 in spending (and the prospect of continued engagement) they would recognize that their input mistakes should be absorbed by them, but I guess not.As a result, I’m looking elsewhere for my printing needs and caution anyone reading to thoroughly scrutinized every job order - including your address before spending your money there.
