I had a wonderful experience here. I made an appointment and was taken as soon as I walked in! I was able to get my phone fixed in less than 2 hours. Wonderful customer service and awesome associates. Marnie was an absolute wonder and huge help. I will absolutely go back to her with any future issues.

I have known Marnie for years when it was Capital One. Now the service is much better. Marnis fixed my iPhones 13 Pro & 15 a pro and Mac Book PRO RELATES TO DIFFICULT Facebook Issues. The fees are very very reasonable.
I recommend Computerology any time to all of you.

5 stars for Computerology! In 2021, I went in hoping that my old Mac could be repaired. Now, more than 3 years later, it is still working perfectly. --thanks to John, the owner, who revived it and actually made it better.

I had such a great experience here! I called ahead of time to confirm I could get my phone screen fixed and I got all the info I needed and was told to just walk in tomorrow. I payed $30 and my phone was fixed back to new in less than an hour. The whole time I was talking with Marnie who is so friendly and clearly knows so much! Thank you so much for such a quick and easy phone fix. I will definitely be back and highly recommend you come here for any tech needs.

Computerology is wonderful! I went in, thinking my iPad was completely wrecked and looking for a final diagnosis, but the woman there brought it back to life. And didn’t charge me even though it was due to my own ignorance, not knowing how to do a reset. Very friendly, very helpful, honest and straightforward. If they can’t help you, they’ll point you in the right direction. Totally recommend!

My new iPhone15 had no wifi, no texting, and all related apps were down. After an hour with my provider, I was told my device was the problem. Get a new one. Apple, instead, gave me a list of locals to check out. I chose COMPUTEROLOGY. Marnie is a genius! She fixed all the problems in under 5 minutes! Next time, see her first.

I carried my 2017 MacBook Pro to be serviced here. After a very short wait time, Marnie started the process of servicing my computer. She was great at communicating the concerns and options for servicing my laptop. I would return to Computerology based upon the competence, friendliness, and communication Marnie displayed.
