Super attentive and knowledgeable. Their honesty was refreshing and they even lost business because they informed me the computer was still under AppleCare. They will be the first place I go for any issues in the future and they will the first place I refer people to!

Had a tricky XBox repair, replacing a faulty HDMI port. They got it fixed in a week. Much faster than sending to Microsoft plus cost a lot less.

I brought my computer because it wasn't charging. They called me and told me it would be $150 for the part they would need to order so my computer could charge, so I agreed. The next morning, they called me back and told me that they actually recommended $450 in repairs in total (including $250 to also replace the battery which was almost dead). I tried to cancel all the repairs (why would I invest more money than this computer is worth?) and they would not allow it, stating I had already agreed to the initial $150 charge. To be clear, they did not have any other parts available the next morning, they just looked at it again and decided they would add more on. This felt sneeky and like they were trying to take advantage of me. They said since it would technically fix what I was asking for, I had to pay it. So technically my computer charges, but this fix won't last for long until the battery offically dies and I never would have agreed to it if they told me the full cost initially.

The reviews did not steer me wrong! I had a computer that I thought needed a tweak to make it work but it was a goner. Just like dealing with a car, if you don't know about what's under the hood, you are at the mercy of the fixer so you always hope for honesty. They took it, checked it and essentially called it....it was dead from likely a power surge. It could have been fixed but cost was higher than the value of the computer itself. No upselling, no pressure and just straight up good service. Highly recommend them for being thorough, no-nonsense and honest.

Great service + fair pricing + knowledgable personnel= tremendous customer experience.Even though Macs are known for their quality and dependability, once in a while there's a glitch. Computer Cave is the best in the city for Mac service. Go there.

I took my brand new MacBook Air to the Cave. The big, frustrating hitch was that I could access only one of my two email addressed in Outlook. It took one of their experts just minutes to solve the problem I had been struggling with for hours. Great, friendly, EXPERT help--highly recommended.

HP touchscreen needed replacement and was fixed when others (fruit fixed) was unable to do so. Staff was respectful and made me feel welcome. Communication was well. Highly recommend and well have all cpu needs met at here!

I went in for water damage on my MacBook Pro, and was able to get my device back in under two- business days. The screen was covered and the computer shut down completely, I thought it was ruined but Computer Cave did an amazing job!
