Extremely rude customer service. Didn’t even make it to the doorstep, two phone calls and I was running to go somewhere else. They need to fix their office attitude issue ASAP.

Scheduled an appt at the 101 cowardin location before I had to go to work. I show up and apparently the entire business had moved locations without informing me (and maybe the rest of their patients!). I didn't have time to drive another 7 mi out of the way, and make it back in time for work, when the appointment was done. So they forced me to reschedule. I asked if I could get at least one or two more months of my birth control refilled since I was at the end of my script and they said no. I said it's not my fault you guys didn't tell me the business moved far out of the way to the point I can't make the appointment now. I had to hassle them to give me a month of birth control since the next available appointment wasn't for another month or so. Get a new appointment and see the doctor. I waited in the office, naked in that drapery for probably close to 40 mins. Like I was legitimately sweating and had to pee really badly by the time 20 mins passed and wondered if I should redress to go to the bathroom, or if she would show up soon. I didn't want to miss her so I just held it and waited (which, mind you is not comfortable when she has to put the speculum in and palpate your abdomen with a full bladder). She had nice bedside manner when she arrived. I forget her name unfortunately but she was the nicest part of the practice I've experienced. She said they'd give me a call with my pap smear results in two weeks. Two weeks later... 3 weeks later... A month later... I call asking for results. The receptionist said she'd leave a note for the nurse and they'd get back to me tomorrow. Tomorrow... One week later... I call again. Same thing. "I'll leave a message and someone will get back to you." I asked her to please mark the note that it's urgent since it's been about a month and a half since my appointment with still no call with my results and someone said they'd call me back the last time. I call again today at noon. SAME ORDEAL. It's 4:15 and I just called again because their customer service is ABYSSMAL. I work in a restaurant where people have NOTHING nice to say even when we give GREAT customer service. I wish yelp held any weight for medical practices because this company wouldn't be doing well based on all of the negative responses. Maybe THAT would change how they treat their PATIENTS. You think they would be better at being considerate of people's time, and their feelings towards sensitive subjects like test results, being in the healing field of "helping" people.

Dr.Diaz is the best. She has been my doctor for 18 years. She also delivered both of my kids. She is very caring. And one of the sweetest doctors you would ever meet. She does what's in the best interest of the mother and child. Dr. Diaz doesn't just treat you as just another patient she treats you like family. I have seen a couple other doctors in the practice and they were nice. But no one compares to Diaz.. My kids love her also!!

Awful. I made an appointment WEEKS in advance, took off work in the middle of the day to go, and waited for over an hour with no help. I wasn't the only one who was waiting - there were other people sitting in the waiting room complaining how they had been there longer than I. I understand that sometimes a doctor gets caught up with another patient, but over an hour? Really? To make it worse, when I went up to the front desk to cancel my appointment, the girl working didn't even apologize for any inconvenience. I was very angry, especially since I needed that appointment in order to get a refill on my prescription. Do NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere with better customer service and a place that actually CARES about their patients! Extremely disappointed.

Had a very difficult time with business office regarding charges for a visit that were placed incorrectly!! The Dr coded the visit incorrectly and my bill was wrong! Since June to date (Oct) they haven't been able to correct it and now my bill has gone to collections!! Very bad experience, will NEVER go back there.

Dr Diaz is such a wonderful and patient doctor. She has worked hard to follow our birth plan, and has been very informative in the changes we have had to make. Obviously, we are one patient of many, but she has made us feel like we are family.
The nurses have also been very patient and attentive. (Notably Sheena and Rachel)

I went here with my wife for her maternity visits. This doctors office were some of the rudest, non-caring, and had some of the worst bed side manor I have ever seen in my life. God works in mysterious ways though because before her due date due to an incident it was recommended that she be checked out by the rescue squad and due to their recommendations she needed to be rushed to the closest hospital. THANKFULLY this was NOT Chippenham!!!!! My wife ended up receiving the sweetest, kindest doctors and nurses who looked out for her and our babies best intrest while keeping her calm and comfortable and saved both of their lives!!! We both are so glad we ended up at the other hospital because honestly we do not beleive the outcome would have been the same if we had been sent to this office and hospital to deliver under these circumstances!!!!

The most important rule...You're first impression is the last impression. My impression of this facility was grotesque. The receptionist was unbelievably nonchalant. The waiting room was filthy with old fish tank with mold around it. Mold is unhealthy especially in a doctor's setting. Didn't make it to the doctor I was in disgust. Thanks but no thanks.
