We've been here twice needing assistance after customer service and another location were extremely unhelpful and both team members we interacted with were friendly, informative, and made things so pleasantly easy that I don't think I'll ever go back to trying anything other than in person here.

Comcast phone customer service is terrible. It takes A LOT of time to get someone on the phone through the automated menu. Comcast Xfinity Media prices are very high compared to other streaming services.

ANother big company that insists that the customer provide the Customer Service. COmcast does not care about the service they provide. Somehow I lost the sound on the tv. The service compter insisted that they restart No CHange in Service NO sound but the computer was happy. BOOOO.
