Last year when I got my heavy Parka cleaned. It looked amazing and the repair they did to the sleeve was great and held up. All the dark spots were gone. I took it again last month and didn’t notice until I was about to leave town (I live in NYC) that it didn’t look clean at all. Same dirty dark spots still on the coat and the repair they did is already coming apart. They had to coat for 2 weeks (much longer than the last time) and it looks like they didn’t do anything to actually clean it. It cost me $60. I feel like I got lazy service this time and will not be going back here again. I and so mad I wasted my money and still have a stained coat.

I've been coming for years. I got a zip replaced and the entire side came off. immediately brought them back and the owner laughed at me and said it's not his work and it's a cheap Zipper. This guy is full of it and doesn't guarantee his work. Please go elsewhere as they don't guarantee their work

I have used this cleaners for over 20 years. I took my husbands suit and dress shirt in for dry cleaning in Oct 2020. He went to put the suit on for the first time since then and it was not his suit or shirt. My ticket stated 1 black suit and 1 shirt. The shirt was very close to the same color but had an emblem embroidered on the shirt that I didn't notice with the paper protector over it. And the suit we now had was a dark grey and it did not fit him. I took it back, and the woman behind the counter kept telling me it was my suit because my name was on the little tags. She repeatedly kept telling me it was my suit. She looked in the computer, she looked through clothes that were on her rack and came back and assured me it was my suit. I told her I see that it all has my name on it but it is not my suit. I was there for 15 mins and she never offered any solution, never apologized, nor did she admit any mistake. I was so mad I was shaking and now we're out a suit and shirt.

Dropped of a 2 piece suit, a tie and a dress shirt on 4/19. They had it back quickly and everything was great. Appreciate the fantastic service and quick turn around.

Always on time, and always the way I need my shirts done. I've had alterations done here too, and these were handled quickly and inexpensively. Highly recommend.

Locally owed by a man who has been there for literally 20 years. Service is great and work is honest. If JJ can't get it out, it's not coming out. They also do wedding gowns and alterations. Never had a gown done but had several pairs of pants altered and have never had an issue. Also, unlike a lot of places they actually have a fitting room which is nice. Never used same day service there, but they do have it. JJ is the man!

I've been going here for probably 3 months now and I always get great service + they have same day service and that can be a life saver sometimes

Hours are listed everywhere, website, receipt, told by clerk, that they close at 7.
Went to pick up a suit needed for a job interview first thing the next day, before this place opens. Got to the store at 6:20.
They were closed.
Nobody picked up the phone.
First time, and certainly the last time, I ever consider this place.
