Unorganized and unprofessional, no politeness. Sat in the office for twenty minutes without anyone knowing I was there. Then I had to make my present known. I think it would be a great auto shop, if he get those three things under his belt.

Poor customer service, slow workers, and they don’t care about their customers. Especially, Colin is the slowest person that I have seen in my life, he works very slow, he always talks on the phone, and he doesn’t follow what he says.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Colin is very unprofessional, rude, and inconsiderate. First and foremost my truck has body damages that it didn’t have before, which happened on his lot. When I tried to speak to him about it after paying for my services he was extremely rude and dismissive. Stating, “file an insurance claim” my vehicle was never entered into the system, my truck been ready it’s been sitting on a lot as if it’s junk. I was referred to Colin by someone and this was the worst mistake ever! Worst place ever! This experience was horrible!Service: Auto maintenance

I paid this place almost $4k to work on a 2008 Lincoln MKZ that my 21 year old daughter was going to drive. Long story short, they totaled the car. I had to tow it from MD to VA because the owner wouldn’t accept responsibility. My mechanic looked at the engine and said we had been ripped off. The mechanic put in the incorrect sealant in the water pump causing a blockage of the flow of oil to the engine thus causing massive engine damage. All of the rustic residue is the incorrect sealant. The engine was destroyed and the car is totaled.

Kept the car for almost 2 weeks before they told me that they couldn't do the work on the front end brakes if I wasn't going to do the back brakes too. Went back up there to get the car after see someone driving it on a public roadway after work hours. Stole a lighter off the door but left the cigarettes. Told me I needed to buy new brake pads for the front but I had just had new pads put on b4 I went there 6 miles earlier. Took it somewhere else they repaired it the same day and said no I didn't need any pads. Don't trust them! Run!Service: Auto brake repair
