“Been going here for years. Always quick and remember service. Kind of a low key, quiet shop. Connected to a vape shop currently, so you can sit inside and play arcade slot machines while you wait”

“Everyone at this Union branch is very helpful. We had an awesome experience with Bethany (I believe that was her name) in opening up an account. She answered all of our questions and was never once impatient with us. We had a unique situation that made opening sort of difficult, and she was very kind throughout the entire process. While we were there, an elderly woman came in and was having trouble getting her walker down the stairs. The staff rushed out to help her, greeting her by name and it definitely showed that they care about each and every customer. Would definitely recommend this branch, and Union as a bank in general.”

“This Bank of America branch is drive-thru only. There are a couple of customer service windows and two drive-thru ATM machines. I like this small Bank of America because it's very convenient and the service is fast.”

“Corey at this branch made up for an abysmal experience at the Cary Court (Carytown) location. He was knowledgeable, quick, helpful, professional and courteous. Parking is great.”

“I was looking for a new bank and a family member suggested Truist. I can honestly say that was the best decision I’ve ever made. Shaleek was very kind and helpful! He made the process of opening a new checking account very easy and way less stressful. The whole crew that was working didn’t hesitate to greet me or ask how my day was going. Love them!!!”

“Matt and Bree were both EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable, the only reason it took more then 10 minutes was the hold time on the phone which is outside of their control. I am grateful for the good experience!”

“The staff has always been nice and professional to me. They seem to be short staffed as most of the time there is a line at the teller window. But then again I do not feel rushed, when it is my turn, at the teller window.”

“I never thought I would say this but I just Love this store it's my go to store. It's a little pricey but you rack up on coupons and there you go. I like getting makeup from here. Plus they send me coupons to my phone then I go into the store and get more coupons from what I just purchased so you definitely can't go wrong. Plus my Mom only gets her allergy medication from CVS foe some reason she can't find it any where else Plus she gets other items and then I can use my coupons on her purchase so it's a win win for me she's happy and I'm . Then there's my favorite employee there Bobby he is really nice, friendly and very helpful. I remember one night I stopped in to find an adapter for my new phone and he was so helpful trying to find me the adapter. I just love his accent really nice. Kudos to Bobby for being a great employee there's a lot of businesses that need more employees like Bobby in their establishments.”

“Great customer service! We opened up a checking account here when we moved into the area and our banking rep, Sharon was A++ Being a member of a credit union is nice because you get more personal service as opposed to being a part of a big corporate bank and when they make errors (if they do) they are more accountable for it. The only issue I have about VACU is they aren't as up-to-date on technology services like for example, Navy Federal, which in all fairness, is a much larger worldwide credit union. Their website is rough and their mobile banking is not very efficient to use, IMHO. Like your deposit under $200 would hit right away with Navy Fed but with VACU, you won't see it until maybe 24 hours later after 9am. VACU is just local to Virginia and all we needed to qualify for membership is be a resident of Richmond. But in any event, I have to give a shout out to Sharon for helping me notarize a document using e-verify, which neither of us had done before, but she was cool and patient with the process and we got it done and this service is free as a member of their credit union.”

“Being new to the area and a customer of Wells Fargo (Wachovia/First Union) for almost 20yrs, this location is pretty close to home and will likely become my "go to" branch. My first visit a couple of weeks ago, I had a transaction that required me to go inside (which I H.A.T.E.) The tellers & manager were pleasant, making eye contact with the greeting of the day and were generous with compliments. This, I appreciate tremendously... as they made me forget my apprehensions of being "inside". Yesterday, I attempted a visit to the drive up ATM, but it was out of service (no sign) ;-{ Today, I drove through to drop off a deposit and was greeted with a smile and given lots of feedback/education on the check type I had. Thanks Wells Fargo... I'll be back!”

“We went at the bank to open my son's own checking account. Matthew Buckovich was very helpful, kind and provided great service. He patiently took our information, guided my son on the different aspects of his new bank account making the experience memorable.”
