For 6 months I have been trying to update my address. How many employees does it take to change an address? 4 and the jury is still out. None of their employees know the difference between a physical address and a mailing address. Active listening skills are missing apparently. If I can’t trust you to change my address properly, why should I trust you with my money?

Had to report fraud on my debit and credit card, Aug 21 and Aug 24. Fraud department canceled my cards. Then had to call member services for replacement cards. 7-10 days.. here we are 10 days later and I still don’t have a bank card. Really disappointed in the customer service and each department giving me the run around telling me the can’t help me and I need to call another department. Finally went in to the bank today since it’s the first of the month and I still have no card & they were able to print me out a new one but I still had to call in office and wait for cardholder services to cancel the one I never received. Overall a very poor experience.

Virginia Credit Union is the WORST bank that I've ever done business with. Typically, my expirence with them is amazing. However, this call with them today was less than satisfactory and my concerns were not met at all. My advise to the public would be not to open an account for your child with this bank!

I opened my accounts at this branch, and applied for a credit card here about six months later. I can't point to any individual good experiences other than those, but I have consistently enjoyed the staff and service when I come in here. After an unpleasant experience the first, last, and only time I will make the mistake of going to the Winterview Parkway location, I don't anticipate ever having anything to complain about as concerns this location in the future.

Brian Valz was very helpful in getting my spouse set up as a new member and getting a joint account set up for us. There was no wait time and the process was very painless. I've been banking with VACU for years and have always had good experiences at the branches I've visited and the staff have always been very friendly.

Impossible to buy Crypto Currency thru this bank. All Crypto transactions labeled as fraud. Takes a call to customer service with 2 transfers to remove hold placed on card. No solutions offered by customer service staff, just good luck and try again

I was there this morning and the person at the desk wasn’t helpful or not trying to help me. He looks like he was having an attitude with me and tell me he can’t help me. I left there very disappointed how he treats me. I regretted that I opened an account with them.

Extremely rude and unwelcoming staff. No one has time to work and no one understands the basic policy of VACU. Random man accosted me when I walked in, treated me like a suspect when I explained multiple times I was just there to see a teller about my card.

Scheduled an appointment for a new member account , wasn't seen until 25 minutes after the appointment time. I don't understand what's the point in making an appointment if you still have to wait. Staff didn't provide great service at all. I didn't feel welcome or wanted.

Good afternoon, the truth is, I am offended by the person at the inside window called Katrina or Katrina Perry, a woman of color every time I arrive and pass with her, she asks me a question in very bad taste, why do I withdraw my cash? of the account and he does not take notes, he only tells me that what I want my money for and he is the only person who does that with me is because I am Hispanic but in reality it is my money and I use it to pay my house and other bills. that question every time I feel very offended and that makes your institution look bad.Please take this into account to improve customer service regardless of the diversity of races respectfully

They are generally pretty good, the shortage of employees is something that all business' are struggling with. Still better then most financial intuitions in the area
