I used to love coming here to shop for new rings. But one of the last times I came in, it was not the most pleasant experience. The owner has always been very kind but one of the employees there (unfortunately I don’t remember her name) has made the me feel unwelcome three times now.I went in to look for a new ring and felt very rushed. It almost felt like she did not even want me in the store. A few minutes later another customer came in and she treated the other customer the same as me, rushed her along and seemed like it was a burden that she even had customers to attend to.I did end up purchasing a very beautiful ring, but unfortunately the stone was loose and fell out of the setting. I took it in to get it reset and the same employee was there. I let her know that I needed the ring to be reset as it was loose and I fiddled with it making the stone fall out. Again, she made me feel like I was a burden even being there.When I went to pick up the ring I was planning on discussing all of this with the owner, but unfortunately when I did, again the same employee was there. She had told asked me if I was rough with the ring and I let her know, no as I stated when I had dropped it off that I noticed the main stone was loose and had fiddled with it unfortunately making it fall out. When I told her this, she looked at me as though I was lying and told me I needed to be more careful and to not be rough or else I was going to ruin it. She also very bluntly stated that this would be the only time they would fix the ring at no charge and that next time I would need to pay. All of which I do understand, but the tone of which she stated it all to me was just very unpleasant.After the last visit I have not been back due to these experiences. I have purchased many rings and earrings and love all of the jewelry here it is beautiful and wonderful quality, but again these experiences have just left a sour taste in my mouth.

Bought a beautiful pair of niobium earrings here. Person helping us was so knowledgeable and gave us great suggestions for a gift idea we were looking for. Highly recommended, will come back for sure!

my boyfriend has gotten me a ring a necklace and two different necklace chains from here over the course of our relationship and i have loved every single one, their jewelry is so unique and beautiful and on top of that, they have repaired a ring and a bracelet for me that was from my late grandmother, both pieces they did a wonderful job on and they were incredibly reasonable prices. the lovely ladies that work here are always so friendly and helpful. every experience i have had with coconaut has been absolutely amazing from the customer service to the quality of work. i look forward to continuing to come here for years!

I worked with the wonderful staff and jeweler at Cocoanut Jewelry to design and make me a set of engagement ring and wedding rings. We had a bit of an idea of what we wanted and my future wife also wanted to be surprised. The jeweler showed me examples from a catalog. We worked from there to create something unique.My wife and I are now married. The result was truly beautiful. We are in love we our rings.

Incredible custom designed ring using my wife's green tourmaline and diamonds from a piece she had from the 70s. The hammered silver band with gold trim perfectly showcases the stones and it beautifully complements her wedding band which was also a Cocoanut creation. She's thrilled with it and gets many compliments. Great creativity, affordable price, and attention to what the client has in mind!

Over the holiday, I had a necklace clasp converted to a magnetic clasp. The lady jeweler had nicely helped me then and was at the store when I returned about a week ago to have 2 other necklaces converted to magnetic clasps. The price was $10.00. When I mentioned the price to the new salesperson that was there, she nastily said “no, it’s $15.00 now.”
