I brought my new Shinola watch here to have some links removed for it to be sized appropriately. We had tried to do it at home, but it ended up being too complicated and we did not want to damage the watch. Mr. Ahmed was able to size the watch perfectly while I waited in the shop, and it only took about 10 minutes. We will definitely be returning to his business when we need watch batteries replaced or any future watch/clock repair!

This is the second antique Seth Thomas No. 2 Regulator clock Mr. Ahmed has expertly refurbished for me. I look forward to continuing to hear its comforting soft tic-tock sound. Mr. Ahmed is an extremely knowledgeable and experienced craftsman and comfortable sharing his expertise of a life time.

Mr. Ahmed did an amazing job repairing a 20 year old Seiko watch. I walked in without an appointment and he fixed the broken band, reseated the gasket, cleaned the inside of the watch where a battery had leaked, and replaced the battery with a high quality one...all right in front of me in a matter of 15 minutes. It's clear that he is extremely skilled at his craft and I wouldn't hesitate to bring other items in for repair. Thank you for fixing a sentimental piece for us!
