Great place to consign. Even as a male in a womans fashion store, they are always professional and friendly.
The staff are very selecive about what they take, which may be my loss, but it is definitely your gain. So you can always expect great quality.

Bought a gift for someone and it turns out the type of fabric would irritate her skin. Tried to return it unworn, with the receipt and tags on it, but the store refuses returns for in-store credit after 3 days. Awful policy — not going to shop here anymore.

I have shopped here several times before but had a very disappointing experience at Clementine today. I overheard the store manager tell a consignment client they can bring in items by appointment or simply bring them in store. When I approached register and manager, Larissa Wisniewski, I was ignored until I asked about spring consignment. I was then told it was by appointment only. When clarifying, I was told verbatim that people who have consigned before are of "elevated status" and have"VIP privilege" and "normal consigners" must book an appointment online. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I am appalled by the unprofessionalism and disrespect towards paying customers. Her behavior was completely rude and dismissive.

They did an awesome job on my dogs birthday cake. It was absolutely adorable and she loved it!! Highly recommend Clementines bakery. The ordering process is smooth and they are quick to reply. They also delivered my cake in a timely fashion

Brought in 2 items for consignment and neither was accepted. While I was fully expecting this as a possibility, I was not expecting the salesgirl’s judginess, saying with clear contempt that the items were just not the kind of styles they accept. Very unprofessional attitude so I took them to Indigo Avenue, which gladly consigned them-ha!!

I regularly shop at Clementine because I enjoy their unique finds. While I have never been impressed by their service, today I was rudely treated and dismissed in a very discourteous manner. When I tried to relay my concerns to one of the sales associates, she was defensive and invalidating. If not for my excitement about the pieces I selected, I would have walked out without making a purchase. I am disappointed by this experience.

I love thrifting and thrifting in Carytown is the best. I checked out Clementine for the first time last Saturday and learned that it was Ashby's bigger brand names sister. Things here are a bit pricier than Ashby's, but it's because they are more desirable brands. Do note that they carry similar accessories as Ashby here and will charge more at Clementine (the same hairclips I got at Ashby for $6 were $9 in Clementine). They carry really cute clothes here. I had fun looking through the racks for new summer clothes. The people who work here are really kind. It is a smaller store so it's easier to look through things a bit quicker. They have three fitting rooms in the back. I love the natural lighting in this space a lot. I came with a group of girlfriends and we had a great time shopping here. I highly recommend checking out Clementine for brands like Free People, Urban Outfitters, Lilly Pulitzer, and more.

A little bit more expensive than I usually spend, but well worth it. The staff was friendly, the store was clean, and a sweet dog was in the back!

Staff did not greet me or my daughter not once. I stayed in the store on purpose to see if they would. Walked all the way to the back looking at items and not one word. I was like standing next to the employee and she said nothing. My daughter and I were the only people in there. Not hi, hello,hey , can I help. So the vibe is a no for me.

Walked in today and was completely ignored by the smug girl working at the counter. No hello or welcome in (I was the only one in the store). However, other customers who entered shortly after me were greeted with a hello. Maybe it was because I was in leisure wear or because I'm an older woman. Doesn't matter. At that point I had zero interest in spending money in a store that sizes up their customers and walked out. My money can be spent better elsewhere.

Was walking past your store the other day and 2 disheveled men were playing music and recording on a phone there with a stand set up. My daughter and I walked by and the bigger man recording grabbed my daughters rear end I was not aware until a little while after she was very distraught and told me the situation by the time I came back they were gone. This is horrid behavior in the first place to treat a woman like that but my daughter is 13. please do not allow these men back for the safety of your patrons and the community at large. very disappointed.
