The 60Mart CITGO has satisfactory customer service. The big reason that I have given it five stars is because they consistently have some of the lowest prices on regular in the Richmond Metro. If I happen to take a road trip up from Hampton Roads that involves Richmond and I-95, I always try to make sure that I stop and see the friendly folks here. It's in my list of places

Pay attention to your receipt. I was charged for Premium gas when I selected Regular. There was no receipt tape in the machine which meant I had to go in and stand in line for a receipt to verify my suspicion. When I looked at my receipt I was charged the wrong amount. I was told I selected the wrong grade which is not correct. I am very careful when selecting the gas grade. I should have paid $69 but instead was charged $92.95. SCAMMERS!

The white woman with tattoos at the counter tried to steal $100 from my debit card. She conveniently saw me enter my pin when my card kept getting declined and turned the terminal to help me. Thankfully Chase Fraud Alert came into play and declined their effort. Getting a new card too. Watch out at this one. Use credit EVERYTIME
